Got mines refurbished: Excellent. And let me tell you, I love it. I think the bad reviews are coming from different sellers, so it depends. But I’d say it’s worth the gamble. I’ve brought refurbished items before and they’re as advertised 90 percent of the time. Mines look brand new, almost nothing wrong with it. One of the cameras is a little blurry but nothing a little wiping can’t fix. The camera itself isn’t broken or anything, and honestly, it’s expected since it’s refurbished. But the zoom camera works just fine and it’s as crisp as it should be. Can’t complain. It’s able to charge just fine too, there’s visibly no scratches or marks and it’s easy to set up. Maybe I just got lucky but again, I’d say it’s worth your buck. I’ll update or leave another review if anything changes, and maybe add some pictures too.

Beast of a device besides the cosmetic stuff
I paid for excellent quality and I don’t believe thats what I received, the buttons are scratched up and same with camera area. How can someone scratch their buttons? The screen also had some marks on the upper corners on the surface The battery seems to also only be at 80% or below, battery drains kinda fast depending on app your using. Besides that its a great device and if you can look past the cosmetic issues you should be fine. Software wise it running the latest iPadOS and is kinda laggy sometimes but thats to be expected with older devices.

I’ve had for maybe 3 weeks. It’s been in a case ever since & it keeps havin the screen flicker. I feel like $500 is too much to spend on an iPad that does this!!! I’m not happy bc I use this for college…..

My old iPad had trouble charging, and I wanted to move to a 12.9 Pro. However, the cost new was daunting. I’ve had success buying refurbished electronics, so I thought I’d try it for this purpose.It arrived yesterday. It was in excellent condition, as promised. No fancy Apple packaging, but that is a plus environmentally. One small issue is that it came with a charging cable and a charging block. The cable worked, but the block didn’t.I spoke with an Amazon customer service rep, and I was going to have to return the iPad and everything to get a working brick. Here’s the thing: I checked what was supposed to be in the box. I was only supposed to receive the iPad and the charging cable!! The brick was extra. So, I decided not to bother with a return.So far, the unit is beautiful. I’m very happy. I’ll try to remember to update the review in a few months. From a conservation and financial perspective, I really recommend buying reconditioned electronics!

Encantado con el producto llego con una estética del 99% sino es que 100% solo por una esquina casi imperceptible que solo en lupa se vería jeje. En caja genérica claro y cargador igual pero con la pantalla sin ninguna marca o rasguño. Crei que era nueva porque está hermosa y funcional hasta el momento sin detalles ocultos ni nada raro. La verdad es que al ver reseñas mixtas me sentí nerviosa, pero tuve una experiencia muy buena. Llegó con condiciones físicas muy decentes, sólo tiene unos raspones en una esquina que no afectan para nada su uso. La batería tiene una duración muy decente, tiene un excelente audio, muy buen micrófono, no tenía cuenta Apple y no me dio ni un sólo problema al configurarla. Por ahí, no me dejó transferir lo de mi iPad anterior para acá, pero con AirDrop fue muy sencillo mandar las cosas que no tenía guardadas en iCloud. No envían caja ni accesorios originales para que lo tomen en cuenta. Estoy muy satisfecha de haberle dado una oportunidad a Amazon Renewed, principalmente por los meses sin intereses 🙂 definitivamente volvería a comprar de esta forma. Anexo foto de comparación de tamaño entre una Pro 2018 11 pulgadas y esta.
