Amazing gimbal, that worked right out of the box perfectly, after a month or so mine stopped stabilizing for some reason, but from the app I was able to contact support and got it sorted right away!

Really amazing for the price (when on sale)
This deserves 5 stars for the price, but I will likely upgrade to a DJI. It is an excellent value but cannot track smaller objects well. When the tracked object went out of view it went crazy spinning the phone all over the place. In general it work great for people though. If you want an inexpensive gimbal for larger objects and people and don’t need 360 like the latest DJI, then you will like this. Battery life and compatibility have been fine and it was easy to get this going. The hand gestures seem to work pretty well.

I purchased this stand for my laptop mainly to record videos. Overall, it’s very sturdy and works well. However, when switching from horizontal to vertical, it can get a bit unstable and start moving, which is frustrating. You just have to be careful when adjusting positions. Other than that, the product is pretty good and does the job.

Disappointing from the Start – Poor Quality & Unreliable
I was excited to try this gimbal, but from the very first use, it was clear that it has more problems than benefits. It looked promising, but in reality, it’s frustrating, unreliable, and not worth the investment.Build Quality & Stability Issues:The gimbal feels cheaply made, and the arm struggles to stay balanced, even with a lightweight phone. The locking mechanism isn’t secure, and any slight movement can throw off the balance. It’s supposed to provide smooth stabilization, but instead, it randomly shakes or loses control, making videos look worse than if I held my phone by hand.Terrible App – Causes Overheating & Constant Disconnections:One of the biggest issues is the app. First, it’s incredibly difficult to calibrate—half the time, it doesn’t recognize the gimbal or fails to connect properly. When it does work, it causes my phone to heat up to the point where I have to stop recording. It constantly disconnects, and many of the advertised features, like face tracking and the focus wheel, barely function. Without a working app, most of the gimbal’s advanced features are useless.Battery Drains Too Fast:Even after fully charging, the battery barely lasts an hour. I expected much better battery life, especially for a device designed for long recording sessions.Final Thoughts:From the first use, this gimbal was a letdown. Between the poor stabilization, unreliable app, overheating issues, and weak battery life, it’s more of a hassle than a help. If you need a good gimbal, I highly recommend looking at other brands. This one simply doesn’t work as advertised.

Entry level gimbal with some serious shortcomings. I returned it in a week.
I truly wanted to like this product. What I learned is, I really need a gimbal in how I shoot video then I learned this wasn’t the answer.It does a lot of things well. You can use it to stabilize the shot zoom in and out on a scene. Use it to do a slow pan and many other gimbal features. I did like the a bunch of the camera features. You can do a time lapse very easy and set the duration and how many seconds between intervals very easily. The slowmo also.What was a deal killer for me was the random shake the camera would have from time to time. Truly no rhyme or reason, but I would be using the gimbal and all of a sudden the camera would move up on a diagonal 40° or so and bounce back down quickly. This ruined the shot. What if I’m at a wedding or doing some wildlife video or a once in a lifetime clip and that happens. You can’t re-create that. It’s annoying enough while I’m talking and trying to do a Vlog to have to redo the shoot and lunatic but I just couldn’t imagine this thing letting me down under a once in a lifetime shot.I’d like the panoramic feature, however if you’re not an optimal light where it’s uniform left or right the stitching was incredibly apparent. I had to go back in with Photoshop and blend some of the lines that were formed.The follow me feature was a letdown. It would work great when I was testing it out. I would hit record step in front of the camera and nothing happened. I tried to trigger it with the hand gestures, and that also would not work reliably. It was a hit or miss thing so I ended up giving it a single finger, hand gesture more than once it was very frustrating. These follow my face features seem to work better in selfie mode than with the main camera and the body mode kept cutting my head off and that’s only if I could get it to work. Unfortunately, I needed somebody else behind the camera to start the shot with me and frame and that defeats the whole purpose. I bought this so I could work alone.It is a very good entry level gimbal. It got me a taste, but I returned it after a week. I just got tired of the shortcomings.Reading reviews and seeing other people‘s concerns about the access you’re giving this app from the other side of the world to your phone and your Files is also a concern. I’m not an overly paranoid person, but I’m a little worried. I’m not the most interesting person so I don’t really care about total privacy however, other people are and I can see why. I don’t know what this companies getting access to when I allowed it into my phone.Like I said, I really wanted this to work and for some things it does. However, for my style of shooting it let me down.

I received the xe a week ago. I have played with it a few times. Seems to work great. I haven’t yet done a full length video with it yet but worked well during some test videos. I love the tracking on it. You can set it up on the provided tripod or attach it to any tripod that has the 1/4 thread. I can walk around the room and always be in frame. So many other options to try out yet. But so far I’m loving it.

Für Vlogs, Social Media oder Urlaubsvideos ist das definitiv ein großer Vorteil. Auch das kompakte und faltbare Design gefällt mir, da sich der Gimbal leicht transportieren lässt.Die Akkulaufzeit ist solide und reicht für mehrere Stunden Nutzung, was im Alltag völlig ausreichend ist.Ein kleiner Nachteil ist, dass größere oder schwerere Smartphones teilweise an die Grenzen kommen. Außerdem könnte die App noch etwas stabiler und übersichtlicher sein, besonders bei Funktionen wie Tracking.Fazit:Gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis und ideal für Einsteiger. Für einfache Videoaufnahmen absolut empfehlenswert, mit kleinen Schwächen bei App und Kompatibilität.
