All I can say it was easy to set up, no issues. I bought it because the BIG Box Name Devices are going Big brother.

Fast, capable hardware with frustrating software limits
This box noticeably improved my TV setup right away. The hardware is excellent across the board. It is much more responsive than other boxes I have owned, navigation is smooth, and apps that do run feel quick and stable. Picture quality is sharp with good color and clarity, and audio output is equally solid. Connectivity has also been a strong point in my experience, with fast WiFi performance and reliable Bluetooth pairing. The included remote control works very well, and the voice control feature is especially convenient for quickly finding content and navigating menus.The software side is where things get more complicated. The operating system itself feels stable, but the official app store offers a fairly limited selection of apps. The included alternative app store helps fill some of those gaps, but it is not as seamless or straightforward as having full access through the main store.The biggest issue, and something buyers should be aware of, is that the system appears to have been intentionally modified to block certain apps from being installed. I ran into this when trying to install Kodi, which consistently failed. As someone with a cybersecurity background, I dug into it further and found what appears to be an explicit blacklist within the OS that prevents specific apps from installing. This seems to include apps commonly used by cord-cutters as well as apps that display device statistics or system-level information. There is also a modification that changes the device’s pixel density from its native setting, which can lead to compatibility issues with some apps.To be clear, my analysis did not uncover any obvious signs of spyware or malicious activity, which is reassuring. However, the presence of these kinds of undocumented system modifications does affect my level of trust in the software, especially since they directly limit what the user can install and how the device behaves.I was able to reverse these changes and get the device working the way I wanted, so it was not a deal-breaker for me. That said, this is not something most users will be comfortable troubleshooting.Overall, this is a fast and capable streaming box with excellent hardware and connectivity, but the restrictive and modified software holds it back. Good value for the money if you are comfortable working around system limitations and want full control over your device.
