You can charge battery by charging hub or battery while inside HOVERAir X1. We recommend PD 18W adapter.
What should I do if the battery indicator light doesn’t turn on after powering on the drone?
For first-time use, the drone battery needs to be activated. Before turning it on, fully charge the battery by connecting it to the charging hub. This will complete the activation process.
Is the HOVERAir X1 wind-resistant?
Yes, the HOVERAir X1 can resist winds up to level 4 (7.9m/s). However, for optimal performance, it is recommended to use the aerial camera in windless or lightly breezy environments.
Can I fly over water?
No. X1 is not designed to fly over water, cliffs, or terrain with indistinct ground textures, including when paired with the Beacon.
Can the gimbal of HOVERAir X1 be adjusted?
Yes, the gimbal of HOVERAir X1 can be adjusted within a range of -90 to 15 degrees.

Product Review for Amazon- HoverAir x1 white.I am a new travel blogger and content creator. I am looking for a device that allows me to take drone-like images/videos, hand-free selfies, and fancy cinematic shots without using a DLSR Camera or a powerful lens.I wasn’t sure about owning a drone as it is expensive and requires learning time.So, I opted for HoverAir x1 as my entry-level – flying selfie camera/drone.I have been using it for more than a month. Here is my feedback.What I love about this product:It is small and light. It can fit into the pocket of my yoga pants, the side of my backpack, and even my Chanel handbag.The learning curve is not steep. You can get the concept after a few trials.I like that it has a Storage Management system to keep all the shots I took; it allows me to view them before downloading them to my phone.The Flight Mode fulfills most of my needs as a new travel blogger and digital content creator. There is Hover, which allows the device to hover while I am doing something like tying my shoelace, Zoom Out, which is great for establishing shots and also for group photos, Orbit, Bird’s Eye, Dolly, and more. They are enough to keep me busy and put together an excellent 30-second video on Instagram.What is just ok about this productMicrophone … it is ok. I tried using my microphone … but it didn’t sound great. So I use voice over mic via 3rd party app to edit my footage.Aerial View … I was hoping it could capture more surface, but then I realized it could fly up to 50 feet high.Battery … It needs a recharge after about ten takes when I use the camera for both taking footage and viewing what I took. I could have taken more if I hadn’t viewed the shots I took.Because this camera is light, it doesn’t do so well on windy days. It doesn’t have the sensor system like a typical drone, so you can fly this in less crowded places and when the area is clear from cables, branhes, bushes etc.What can be bothersome about this product`1. It is noisy and loud. Not too lound but loud enough when I am out at 5 am to take shots or in a quiet area.Despite my complaints, I’ve gotten used to this flying camera and love it. It is not a perfect drone-like camera, but it is perfect enough for me to get footage to put on social media. It is definitely not for professionals who need a robust drone camera, but it is suitable for beginners as well as DIY digital content creators who do not want to spend a dime on cameras and drones for their social posts.Should you get it? I say yes if you are happy to be a non-professional videographer like I am.

So far so good. Very easy to operate and I LOVE the features.., especially the follow me mode. It avoids most obstacles and etc. Cons: It has a short run time… I can only get about 10-12 mins tops.

This is a narcissist’s delight, like having a cameraman in your pocket. I am yet to defeat it in follow mode and having tried every mode I can honestly say this thing is awesome.It has managed to get good footage even on a windy day.The more advanced controls through the app are easy to use and increase the versatility of the camera.You will want the extra battery though.

Dejó de funcionar pero me han devuelto el importe íntegro , volveré a comprar otro ya que la verdad que la calidad de imagen es buena y es muy cómodo de utilizar, aunque lo único que me gustaría es que tuviera más capacidad cada batería para que pudiera volar más tiempo, pero yo compré una batería portátil para recargar mientras una estaba utilizándose la otra se cargaba.Lo recomiendo, espero que el próximo me funcione correctamente.

This Hover Air X1 is seriously awesome! It’s everything I wanted and more.Pros:- Portable (Folds right up and fits in the pocket)- Super lightweight- Flying it is super easy. (Even kids can fly)- Pre-programmed flight pathsCons:- Flying time of approx 10 minutes seems less. Having spare charged batteries could help, also just keep in mind, you don’t waste any time setting it up. The moment it takes off, it is in action :)- Flying restrictions – cannot fly over water/glass surfaces (and also avoid valleys)- No obstacle avoidance – Make sure you select an appropriate flight path considering your surroundings.- Low-light performance is not so great. But in sufficient light, it is awesome.Flying this drone is surprisingly easy, even kids can operate it. The app is super user-friendly, and there are pre-programmed flight paths that make getting cool shots a breeze. There’s even a follow-me mode, which is amazing for capturing those epic adventure videos. The camera quality is no joke either – the HDR really makes the colors pop, and the video stabilization is mind-blowing. So easy to get initial shots – and a certain amount of control over ‘preset’ parameters is possible. I have started t experiment with custom flights – I would prefer it if every shot was NOT a selfie!Also it is frustrating that it has a very slow charger – obviously it is very particular about which electrons it allows to enter the battery, but from minimum to maximum it takes over 3 hours – and, if using the trin charger, charges one battery first, then moves on to the second one!. Just so frustrating.If you’re concerned about potentially damaging the HoverAir X1 in your pocket or if packing for a trip, you will be delighted to know it exactly fits a standard 3.5-inch drive case! – Problem solved for a few extra pounds.Overall- Do I like it? – YES.- Do I love it? – Not sure yet.- Can it get better? – I’m sure it can – and hopefully will be in the firmware updates soon!- Would I swap it fo a refund? – NO
