GPS & Optical Flow Dual Positioning and Intelligent Flight Modes The GPS and optical flow positioning system prevents flight deviation. When entering environments without GPS signals, such as indoors or in forests, optical flow positioning can assist with stability by detecting ground textures, maintaining steady flight. Paired with the intelligent hover feature, the drone can automatically maintain its altitude and horizontal position, even if you release the control stick. Newbies don’t have to worry about “accidentally crashing into walls,” easily achieving smart flight modes like Circle Flight, Follow Me, Waypoint Flight, and One-Button Takeoff/Landing.
Brushless Motor and Laser Obstacle Avoidance The combination of brushless motors and laser obstacle avoidance enables the drone to automatically detect and avoid obstacles in its path, ensuring both “flying experience” and “safety protection.” This provides peace of mind, eliminating concerns like “crashing” or “shaky footage,” whether you’re a beginner or a professional. It enhances flight safety, particularly in complex environments, making sure you can fly with confidence.
HD 4K Camera and 5G Real-Time Transmission Capture clearer, smoother high-quality videos and photos. Equipped with a 4K HD camera and 5G real-time transmission technology, you can view the drone’s HD footage in real-time via the mobile app or the 4.5-inch FPV screen. This allows for precise adjustments in shooting angles and composition. Enjoy clearer, lag-free image transmission, whether you’re capturing scenic landscapes or dynamic video, ensuring you don’t miss any exciting moments.
Extended Flight Time and Dual Battery Design With two 7.4V 3000mAh batteries, you get over 30 minutes of flight time, enabling you to explore and shoot for longer periods without worrying about frequent recharging. Extended flight time allows you to complete more aerial photography tasks, making it ideal for long outdoor shoots or exploration.
Lightweight Body Design and Carbon Fiber Texture ABS Shell – Durable and Stylish Weighing about the same as a thin smartphone, the foldable body easily fits into your bag or camera case, saving space and making it easy to carry during outdoor activities like hiking, climbing, or camping. The shell is made of carbon fiber textured ABS material, which not only gives it a sleek, high-quality feel but is also strong, durable, and scratch-resistant, with a modern and stylish appearance.

    Happy Grandson
This was bought for my 13year old grandson who lives in Texas. I have not seen the drone but the feedback has been positive, he is delighted with it and informs me it flies well.

Great budget flyer if you keep your expectations realistic
TL;DR: A solid, inexpensive “beater” drone that is great for learning because parts are cheap and easy to find. It flies surprisingly well for the price, though the camera isn’t great and flight time is only about 10 minutes per battery. Watch out for the props if it crashes upside down.Full Review:I have been flying a DJI Phantom 3 Pro and a Mavic for years, so I have a pretty clear idea of what high-end equipment feels like. This is also my second drone from AxrumRC within the $140-$160 price range. Obviously, this drone isn’t even close to being in the same league as a Phantom or Mavic, but considering it costs about a twentieth of the price, I wasn’t expecting it to be. My old Phantom is still kicking, but finding parts for it has become a total nightmare. I really just wanted something I could toy around with and not worry about being unable to repair if I ran into a “drone vs. wall” situation. This fits the bill because if I crash it, it won’t ruin my whole week. One of the main reasons I grabbed this was the repairability. The batteries are cheap to replace, so I actually picked up three extras, plus more props on top of the eight that came in the kit. It looks like there are plenty of parts available online, and if you have a 3D printer, you are set.For the price tag, it flies well. Video quality is passable for a budget flyer, though calling it true 4K is definitely generous. The range is fine as long as you maintain a direct line of sight. I have noticed some minor signal stuttering when flying under trees, but nothing that made it unflyable. Just don’t buy this expecting to do professional mapping. It handles surprisingly well—honestly, better than most drones I’ve tried that cost twice as much. I’ve been flying it inside the house, and the obstacle avoidance sensors have actually saved me from snapping props about 80% of the time. Sadly, the remaining 20% has taken its toll on the included spare blades to the point where I am almost ready to open the spare props I purchased. There is one weird quirk when you crash, though. If it lands upside down, it seems to want to go full throttle. Once you flip it over, you can power it down, but you have to risk sacrificing your fingertips to the prop gods to do it.Battery life is the only other weak spot. Even after cycling them, I only get about ten minutes per pack. With the two included batteries and my three extras, I can get just under an hour of airtime. As long as you have realistic expectations for a $160 unit, this is a solid option for kids or beginners who want to get in the air without spending a fortune.—For anyone interested, the exact product I purchased was listed as:AxrumRC GPS Remote Control Drone, HD Quadcopter with 4K Camera, 7.4V 3000mAh Battery (2 Batteries), 4.5-Inch FPV Screen, 5G Real-Time Transmission, Laser Obstacle Avoidance, Brushless Motor, Optical Flow Positioning, LED Lights, Altitude Hold, Intelligent Hover, One-Button Takeoff, Return on Loss of Control, Low Battery Return, Surround Flight, Waypoint Function, Follow Me, 200g Lightweight Design, Suitable for Beginners and Professionals, Outdoor Aerial Photography DroneThe ASIN for the version I received was: B0FYX2VG3D

Great drone once set up, but instructions need improvement
This remote control quadcopter required very little assembly out of the box, which I appreciated. The most challenging part was initial setup, especially configuring the GPS and flight settings. Unfortunately, the included instructions were very difficult to follow. I was only able to get everything working properly after finding a helpful step-by-step YouTube video.Once configured, the drone is easy to fly and handles well. The camera display is small but very clear, making it easy to see what the drone is capturing during flight.I’ve attempted multiple times to connect and configure the phone app for mobile control, but I haven’t been able to get it to sync correctly yet. I’m still looking for a reliable tutorial for the app setup, so this may be more of a learning curve than expected. One minor design drawback is the object detection sensor. Once installed, it’s difficult to remove. To store the drone properly in the included case, the sensor needs to be removed. You can store the drone with the sensor attached, but the case won’t zip completely closed. That said, the carrying case is excellent. It’s a hard case with a soft, custom interior that securely holds the drone and all its parts, preventing anything from shifting or getting damaged during transport.Overall, this is a solid drone with good performance and a great case, but setup—especially instructions and app configuration—could be much better.

Good power and battery life, but some control and pairing issues
The drone itself has some solid features. The power is good, the battery life is impressive with the two included packs, and the camera captures decent footage for the price point. The brushless motor is quiet and efficient. The dual battery setup is a real highlight, as you can get over 30 minutes of total flight time, which is generous compared to other drones in this price range.Unfortunately, controlling this drone was very challenging. It kept disconnecting constantly, which was frustrating. The real-time transmission is supposed to be reliable, but I experienced frequent signal drops after landing it. And pairing the control again was just too difficult for some reason. The control is also very sensitive and I couldn’t find settings for it.Overall is a nice drone at this price range with good features, just issues with control and pairing I experienced.

Solid 4K camera and smooth return-to-home
Coming from a Phantom, the setup on this felt familiar in a good way. It was quick to get going, one-button takeoff made it simple, and the controls felt smooth going up/down and moving around. The camera quality is great for the price – video looked sharp and the live view helped a lot with framing. GPS/hover features kept it steady, and when it was time to come back it returned without any issue. Overall it’s easy to fly, beginner-friendly, and still feels capable if you just want clean outdoor shots.
