Bought these to replace some spiral bulbs in a 5bulb photography fixture. Only 4 bulbs fit due to size, but you get significantly brighter output for the same cost as the spiral bulbs, so excellent value!There hasn’t been any noticeable flicker, and the bulbs do get a little warm but nothing extreme. The bulbs are metal and plastic making it sturdier than the spiral bulbs.The remote control, means I get to control the color temperature and brightness off the bulb which is a plus!As far as lifespan goes- I’ve only had it a few weeks but so far it’s been amazing!

Easy set up – well made
As bright as they seem, these weren’t bright enough for my intended use, which was product photography. But I can easily see how these will factor into a future shoot, especially a for an upcoming architectural interiors shoot. The remote controll and the ability to change color profiles is going to be immensely useful.Light weight, never got hot in my long test sessions.

Lasts a long time
I purchased this set of light bulbs as replacements for my soft-box in January 2024, and they’ve held up really well! As a content creator I use my soft-box weekly, and so far, I haven’t needed to replace the bulb. I would definitely recommend these. Just keep in mind that the lifespan of a bulb or battery can vary depending on how often it’s used, but these have exceeded my expectations!
