very bright, am now able to do surgery in my garage, although the court order explicitly forbids these activiies. Still nice for finding things in the garage. I had a whole nother car in there I found out, once I lit these babies off. Easy to use, I had a baboon install them for me (they work for peanuts – literally). These are 6500k, so cool white like an old skool fluourescent but way brighter.I have an insulated steel garage doors without any windows, so my garage is black as night when unilluminated. When these lights are on, its a pleasure to work in the space. I have additional spot lighting over my workbench, but these are great for general illumination and you can use the existing garage light sockets that where designed for 60-100 watt incandescent bulbs, without any hassle or changes.Great retrofit that makes life easier and who doesn’t want easier?

Buy, Buy, Buy!! Bought these to replace the standard single light bulbs in my Garage, and I am glad that i did! They are so bright compared to a regular bulb and the fact that you can move the panels to direct light to where you might need it more is a cool feature! Don’t think about it just buy they are priced well for how good they are!
