Think twice before you purchase ~ Not worth the money, time, or trouble! Stressful for sure
IMPOSSIBLE TO SET UP!!!! Don’t waste your money!!! It doesn’t come with a users manual or set up instructions at all. All the material that it did come with is in Japanese. If you are selling or sending products to the USA, it must be in English!!!! By sheer luck, I had this connected and then lost power. Unable to set up again and have no instructions to do so. I do not recommend and it is expensive ~ so not worth the money I spent! So disappointed

Quit working
Worked good for a couple months and then it just randomly disconnected from the internet and would not reconnect. I have tried factory resetting it multiple times but it will not reconnect. It just says can’t connect to network and shuts off. I cannot recommend spending this much money on something that will not work more than a few months. I bought this to help my parents out in the kitchen and it’s been more of a hassle than anything else.

Misleading description
It goes back and forth from English to Japanese and is now stuck on Japanese. Even if the chosen language is English. Do not but. The description about usable languages is misleading.

Item was great but box instructions and system were not in English. Had to watch several Google videos to get it to work. Hope it doesn’t stop working.
