Which eufy video doorbells are compatible?
Fully compatible with: Video Doorbell S4, S330, E340, C30, and C31.
When used with HomeBase 2&3: Video Doorbell S220, C210, and Battery Doorbell 1080p.
Incompatible: Video Doorbell 2K (Wired), 2K Pro (Wired),1080p (Wired) and S330(Wired).
What version of the eufy app and HomeBase are required to use Chime 2?
Android: 5.2.10_17014 or above.
iOS: 5.2.10_16477001 or above.
HomeBase S380: 3.7.1.6 or above.
HomeBase 2: 3.3.9.6h or above.
Can I use Chime 2 with devices connected to different networks?
Only eufy Video Doorbell C30, C31, and E340 support connecting with Chime 2 on different networks. For all other models, the doorbell, chime and HomeBase must be on the same local Wi-Fi network to function properly.
When does the Chime ring?
Your Chime rings when the linked doorbell is pressed.
(You can link your doorbell via Settings > Ringtone Settings.)
Note: The Chime does not ring for motion detection events.
How do I pair the device via Bluetooth?
1. Enable Bluetooth on your phone.
2. Plug in the chime.
3. Hold the Sync button until you hear a beep and see a blue flash.
4. Follow the pairing prompt or scan the QR label on the device.
5. Complete pairing in the app.

Very easy install
This Eufy plug in doorbell chime is seriously awesome with no latency. Installation was a breeze, I had no connection problems, so it was up and running in no time at all. It works like a charm, and the sound quality is loud enough and surprisingly clear. I plugged it in downstairs, closest to where you can hear from upstairs, but I may get one more to plug in upstairs to hear the chime while the room doors are closed as well. Definitely a worthwhile purchase if you’re looking for a reliable doorbell chime for the Eufy setup. I kept hearing that the more expensive one was hard to set up and lots of people had issues with it, so I chose this route instead.

The home base 3 can be a chime too
Works good and is loud enough that it’s obvious but apparently I didn’t even need the chime 2 because I never even knew you could use the home base 3 as a door bell chime its easy to install and I believe it comes with a UK adapter overall the product does what it advertises which is actas a door bell for eufy cameras

The perfect chime for my camera doorbell Eufy E340
This video doorbell chime is functioning perfectly with my Eufy E340.1. It is easy to pair both via Bluetooth when you press the button on the chime2. The chime provide a selection among ten ringtones3. The ringtones volume can be adjusted on a wide range from high to low. The ringtones can be set loudly enough to be heard through the entire house4. No battery is needed. It is connected to an electrical outlet.5. It is small enough and with its white color it blends very well in its environment6. Price is reasonable.

Works great with the Eufy Video Doorbell E340 + Homebase 3
This chime works exactly as expected. I bought it because it’s hard to hear my traditional doorbell in certain parts of my house. The chime gets plenty loud and you can control the volume. I really like the “Do Not Disturb” mode, which is great a night when it’s already quiet enough to hear the normal doorbell.The only thing I would improve is adding an option to dim or turn off the LED light on the chime. It doesn’t bother me personally, but I could see it being annoying for someone sensitive to light in a dark room.Note: Just to be clear for other buyers, this is simply a chime. It is not a doorbell Wi-Fi extender or external storage device like some of the other Eufy Chime models.

Good addition to homebase 3/e340 doorbell
The chime is easy to setup on the app. It has around 10 chimes to choose from. Volume is pretty good. It’s louder than the homebase 3 speaker though it could be a hair louder.Overall it works perfectly fine with my e340 doorbell and I’m pretty happy with it.
