At first, I thought this would be a great product. The initial battery charge lasted a very long time, and I was able to use it for months without needing to recharge it. The issues started once the battery finally began to run low. I tried charging it twice, and although the indicator lights turned on as if it were charging, it wouldn’t hold any power at all.I tested different cables and tried charging it on different days, but the result was always the same. The last time I plugged it in, it stopped turning on completely. No lights, no response, and still no ability to retain a charge.In the end, it only worked with the charge it came with and became useless afterward. Extremely disappointing for a product that’s supposed to be reliable. I do not recommend it.

Great Rig
The battery life on this is impressive! It provides a lot of light for over two hours per charge and has a ton of variety in color and intensity.This can be used both hand held or mounted on a tripod for greater versatility. It is sturdy and functions exactly as described.The USB-C charging port is located on a corner to allow for charging while it is mounted or laying down. While it takes a while to get to full charge that has not been a problem for me at all.Very happy with this purchase.

Great idea executed as well as you could probably expect.
Cordless and decent design. Offers all the benefits you’d expect from a rechargeable ring light: improved lighting and better pictures/video. Just mount your favorite camera or phone in the middle and go. Great for lots of uses, handheld, tripod mounted, whatever.Battery lasts a long time as long as you’re not using it to recharge another device. It doesn’t have the capacity to act as a power bank; if you try and do that, your device will charge but your light will be dead. And it discharges to the device it’s charging faster than it charges… so doing this while it’s plugged into its own charger doesn’t solve the problem.But just powering its own lights is no problem.It’s not really heavy, but it is heavy enough to make some small tripods a bit top heavy and prone to tipping over. More battery capacity would probably make this worse, so… can’t have it all.Controls are easy to use and work fine but seem a little cheap? The rubberized grips at the sides add some sturdiness for sure.

Hi, I bought this a few months back, but never used it until I had a shoot recently. The light is great, provides a lot of light and is very handy.However, I have been trying to charge it afterwards, but it stays stuck on 2 green dots and won’t go back up to 4 green dots (fully charged). It wasn’t all the way empty. It was at 2 dots and is staying there, so it’s not charging. Why could this be? Could the brand maybe give some advice please?

There was no stand with the items when they arrived, but if you look at it on the website, it looks like it has a stand on it, although I wasn’t there when they brought them. While I would like to return it, I realize that is a very powerful one, so I decided to keep it
