【Professional Parabolic Softbox】 The 35.4″/90cm parabolic softbox features a smooth, even silver internal coating on the thickened nylon cloth that broadens, diffuses, and softens light while retaining true to life color rendition. Includes two layers of light diffusers and a honeycomb grid for optimal output
【Honeycomb Grid & Diffusers】 The softbox lighting kit includes internal and external diffusers, which can be combined for an even softer and more diffused light. The honeycomb grid directs light at 45° and reduces spill, providing a distinctive soft yet punchy lighting effect that defines the model’s facial structure
【Effortless Assembly】 With a simple push on the mounting plate, the softbox effortlessly unfolds and locks into place, with the loop and hook fasteners to secure the included diffuser layers and grid, and is ready for use. Fast Setup, Ready to Shoot
This one definitely deserves a good review. The full kit comes ready to use right out of the box—no extra setup needed. It’s a genuinely quick setup and quick-release softbox, which makes a big difference, especially when working on location. The overall build quality and feel are solid. There are a few minor issues with the grid stitching—some parts are twisted—but it doesn’t affect functionality at all. It still works perfectly for on-site interviews and shoots. As for durability, I’ll need more time to see how it holds up, but so far, so good.

Amazing Soft, Even Lighting!
The Neewer 25.6” Octagonal Softbox is fantastic! The parabolic design produces beautiful, soft, and even lighting, perfect for portraits and product photography. Setup is quick and easy thanks to the quick-release design, and the Bowens mount fits securely on my lights. The build feels sturdy yet lightweight, and it really elevates the quality of my shots. Highly recommended for both professional and hobbyist photographers!

Not bad for the price
I don’t shoot that often but this size soft box is something I will need occasionally. I’ve never bought a Neewer Soft box before, I have several Gordox soft boxes, but this Neewer 47″ parabolic was less expensive than the Gordox model and came with the honeycomb grid. For my needs this will work fine but if I had it to do over I would have gotten the Gordox version, only because their soft boxes and seem more sturdy and rugged. I feel like if I was using this Neewer one often, or traveling to lots of locations and constantly setting it up and breaking it down, it would probably wear out quickly. I’ll only use it a few times a year and wanted a quick release Soft box for location shoots, or if you’re someone with a home studio and you’re going to set it up and leave it up this will probably work fine… but if your buying this quick release box because you’re going to be traveling with it and setting it up often I’d spend the extra money to get the Gordox 47″ model

Excellent – just as described
What a great find. This was so easy to open and close/setup. Used an older AlienBee light and got the perfect shots. Folds up small and comes with a carrying case. This is a sturdy product with good light flow.
