Perfect Chromebook for studying and browsing
Why did you pick this product vs others?:This is a great Chromebook with good battery life, sound superior to my Windows 11 laptop that died on me, no touch screen but that’s fine, the key board is perfect and functional and a working track pad and Bluetooth. It has just enough room for the apps I need to study and works great with my Google Coursera labs in my Cyber security class like I needed. I’m very happy with my purchase and would recommend it to others. For the price and a 2 year warranty, it’s the perfect laptop for students/browsing.

Scratched to hell and unresponsive to clicking.
Ordered 3 “excellent” condition chromebooks and two are very visibly scratched up, one is dirty and looks like it has old adhesive cemented all over to outside on top and bottom. And one of them is unresponsive unless you not just double tap, not triple tap, but you have to tap/click about 12+ times before it registered that you’re clicking on something. These aren’t in “excellent” condition. They aren’t even in good or acceptable condition. At least the one. I haven’t ever powered on the third yet and I’m afraid to. I have to buy brand new, I guess

The Chromebook arrive quickly and has only minor “nicks” in the rubber around the plug ports.I bought it for “light duties” such as Cricut crafts, photo scanning, and journaling.I have taken the machine for a drive all afternoon, and see no issues!Great product for the price, so far!

Seller is very responsive but product reliability is questionable
Ordered 2 of these to use as training stations for my employees. Compact, light weight, surprisingly sturdy and low cost. Upon arrival one of them worked great but the other would not charge. In fact the one that was not charging was indicating no battery installed which I don’t believe because both units weighed the same. Returned the one with “no battery” with no hassles and promptly receive the replacement. Both were working great and considering purchasing a few more of them when the replaced chromebook started having issues with the power and backspace keys. One of my employees did a restart by selecting shut down and then there was no chance to restart the chromebook due to the backspace key not working. Again no hassle return with the seller. I would rate the seller a 5 star and the product a 1 or 2 star given the dependability issues I’ve seen. Still not convince they are a bad platform just think the quality control from the seller’s source needs to improve their quality standards. You are getting a great deal if they work so just be cautious.

This was so cheap I didn’t know what to expect, but for my purposes (email and light internet use, as well as research and writing) it works fantastically! I would recommend, assuming you are using it for light purposes.

This laptop is great!!! I use it for pretty basic stuff but it’s fast, touch screen, good battery, compact, and easy to use. 10/10 super happy with this product and would recommend it to anyone thinking about getting it

Firstly, the chromebook I received has less ports than the images on the Amazon page. On the Amazon page each side of the chromebook has 1 x USB port and 1 x USB-C port, for a total of 4 ports. On the chrome book I received only one side has ports, for a total of 2 ports.Secondly, the keyboard was filthy. It didn’t go through a basic cleaning process, so my first experience with the device was scrapping gunk off the keys. This wasn’t even regular grey/brown finger keyboard gunk either, it was orangey-red. The only time I’ve seen gunk like this was when I drank too much wine in university and puked everywhere and it was somewhat dry the next morning. Pehaps that’s even what happened to this chromebook.On a possibly related note to the filthy keyboard, the ‘8’ key does not reliably work. It needs to be pressed very hard for the pressing of the key to register. It is possible other keys have this issue, I’ve only noticed the one so far.There is also a crack in the frame above the tracking pad. If everything else was okay, I wouldn’t let this get to me, but a crack in the frame is more than the ‘superficial’ imperfections that were advertised.I would be returning this unit immediately, but I need a laptop in a couple days for work. It does seem like it would be a decent unit if it were new or atleast didn’t have keyboard issues.What I received was clearly not what was advertised.
