Can I use this bulb with a traditional dimmer ?
No. Our Smart light bulb could not compatible with dimmers because of the it’s built-in dimming mechanism.
Smart Bulb Heating Phenomenon
Energetic Matter Smart Light Bulb have been certified by institutions, bulb heating is a normal phenomenon, but our suggesstion is do not directly touch the heating light bulb with your hands for safety.
Fail to add light？
a.Please confirm that the mobile phone using the App is connected to 2.4GHz WiFi and the controllers is also connected to the same router down.
b.You can try to restart the controller, App or mobile phone.
If The Matter QR Code sticker is worn out or missing.
Do not worry about that ! We have one QR Matter code sticker and one light print which contained QR code on the bulb.
Our suggestion is that customer could keep the photo of it for easy connection.
Could not change to the another smart home systems?
If you want to change smart home systerm (like Alexa to Google), you should remove the light from original systerm first then connect it with new systerm.

A nice and affordable light
I recently purchased the Energetic Matter Smart A19 LED Light Bulb, and I couldn’t be happier with my choice! The setup process was incredibly straightforward. It was a breeze to integrate these bulbs with my Amazon Alexa—just a quick scan of the Matter QR code and voila, the bulbs were connected within seconds. Very great if you have an iPhone
I love how this light connects to the home on my iPhone and has a widget and that Siri responds to when I tell her to turn on or turn off the light. I set up some light settings and there was a really nice color setting to make the room feel nice and bright and comfortable. I like that voice command I can tell it to dim the light by percentage. It hasn’t given me any issues other than disconnecting once or twice so I would say the quality of this is pretty damn good versus the other ones I’ve tried.

Doesn’t work with Google Home
I ordered two bulbs and both connected to Google Home fine and as soon as that’s done they immediately go offline. They work fine with the Tuya app though. The white-yellow preset is great, makes everything feel warm and bright.

Easy setup
I love it but it didn’t work fur way I needed. I have a lamp that doesn’t have a switch and had hoped to use this instead of having to unplug it all the time. Unfortunately the lamp didn’t have enough power for the bulb. I chose to use it in the main light and it works great. I love it. Took a little figuring out but it was pretty easy to set up. 2 things to note… it does not come with a remote and can only be controlled with a smart device. I actuslly prefer this but it’s a good thing to know. It is very responsive with my Amazon echo. The other thing to note is that it has no setting to have it transition from one color to another so it can only be set to 1 color at a time. You can adjust the brightness but i haven’t quite figured that out yet.

Not worth the money
The idea of it is nice. Functionality of it is another story. I don’t know how it has high ratings when it’s always disconnected and “not responding”. It is not worth the money they want for it. The bulb is not that bright and dimming it will risk another connectivity issue. It may be easy to install but you’ll wish you didn’t though. Save the money.

Unexpected convenience
I bought this as a gimmick-something to surprise house guests with a command to change color or to the light turn on/off. But when I ask Alexa to “turn on lamp” as I enter a dark room with my hands full, it’s pretty cool. When done reading in bed, I say, “Alexa, good night” and the lamp goes off. Magic!!

Fun at first but very short lifespan and bad customer service
Worked great at first and was fun but then after about a month of semi regular use it just stopped responding to app and won’t work anymore. I have updated the app and tried all provided troubleshooting steps but nothing worked. I have also tried contacting a total of 3 different support emails, including through Amazon and the company itself and gotten no replies.
