I was hesitant to get a drone for my son. But took a chance on this one and lm glad l did. Drone came well packaged in a case. Makes it easy to travel with.The X69 drone exceeded my expectations for the price. Set up was easy. Learning to flying was a breeze. It’s a nice little toy which offers education and allows aerial view of hard to reach areas.
Seems a good little drone to learn on. Within 15 minutes of reading the manual and turning it on, I was able to fly it around the room, land on a table, take off again, fly it through a doorway to an outside environment. I flew it over the building, inspecting the roof with the camera (the camera connects to your phone or tablet through a wifi enabled app – that part is kind of annoying as you’re connected to the drone and not the internet). On the other side of the building I flew it around and back through the door I’d used to get out, promptly landing in the table where I turned it off. The battery life seems to be about 30 minutes. But it does come with 2 batteries.I don’t know how good the longevity will be. I can say I crashed several times before I figured out the controls and it never broke. In all, with the price, product, and ease of use, I can’t complain. It’s a nice little toy which offers education and allows aerial view of hard to reach areas.

My son wanted to replace his previous drone that broke quickly after the first time learning to fly it. We decided to go with this drone and it has truly stood up to the learning test! It is easy for my son to use, has great picture/video quality and has taken a lot of crash landings with no issues! Well worth it!

Great Little Drone
This drone has some real improvements from some of the other ones that I own. Let’s start with the basics, it comes with a nice case. The drone can be folded up to make it more compact. It comes with guards that you can snap on to protect the propellers (I also felt it helped add a little more weight for stability). It is easy to fly and was quick to set up. The instructions are clear and includes pictures and photographs with clear, simple explanations. The drone comes with two batteries to give you more flying time without having to recharge. Everything including the controller is charged with a standard usb-c cords which the kit includes two of those. I decided to give a test flight during a windy time (way above their recommendations.). It still held steady in flying even though the wind was pushing it off course. In my carelessness, I ran the drone into my barn and damaged a wing. (I had the propeller guards off at the time) Fortunately, they include 4 spares and it took only five minutes to change it and then I was flying like it was brand new again. The app is the best one I have used. One other drone that I have, the app is a little hard to see the options and buttons. But this app did a good job of making the buttons with a lot of contrast. It also has some quick buttons on the controller. Though I didn’t try it, the instructions say you can pick an option to allow you to control the direction by tilting your phone. That sounds like a fun thing to try sometime. The camera seems to give good pictures and videos. The camera can be tilted straight down to the ground or facing the front and anything in the middle. (My sample video had the camera facing forward). Have fun!
