Great sound for the money but terrible instructions
The two rear speakers and the sound bar each have their own power adaptor. The subwoofer plugs into the wall with the included power cable. The speakers and sub woofer connect via Bluetooth to the Sound bar which controls the entire system. They are supposed to come pre-paired but mine did not. The manual pairing instructions did not work. I emailed the support team on Friday night and by Sunday morning I had a detailed reply (which was good customer service). They didn’t give a phone number so email is the only way. The reply let me figure things out and everything paired quickly (my version of instructions below).Sound quality is very good for my ear but I am sure audiophiles will have complaints. Volume only goes to 34 but this is VERY loud for TV watching. There is a small display in the center of the sound bar (behind the grill so it hides it when not in use). the display is only necessary for changing modes. The device comes with a remote (you have to provide 2xAAA batteries due to shipping concerns). The remote is only really necessary for setup or changing modes.I connected my TV to the sound bar using a standard HDMI cable and the ARC port on my TV. Most recent TVs have this but you need to verify you have an ARC port. The speaker system comes with an HDMI cable, a digital optical cable, and standard RCA cables so you will be able to connect it to any audio device made in the last 20 years. By using ARC, the TV remote controls the sound through the speakers and automatically turns off the TV speaker. Pretty cool. When you push volume up/down, my TV shows a +/- and the ARC letters but the display hidden in the sound bar shows the volume level in bright white numerals that disappear after you are done adjusting the sound. This is great.Once you pair the speakers, you don’t have to pair them again. They are supposed to come pre-paired out of the box, but mine did not. I strongly recommend you pair the speakers before doing any installation simply by plugging them all in near each other with the back of the remote speakers and subwoofer facing you so you can see the pairing button and red light. Here is what was not clear in the instructions or is hard to find:(1) When the sound bar is off, a red light is on (behind the grill). When the sound bar is on, the red light is off. You can leave the sound bar on 24/7.(2) you turn the sound bar on/off by pressing the power button on the remote and pointing it at the center of the sound bar. If you lose the remote, the important buttons are in a circle on the right hand side of the sound bar (instructions describe function of each button).(3) If auto pairing doesn’t work, this is how you pair the speakers:- Plug in all 4 devices and turn on sub woofer (toggle switch on back)- turn off the sound bar so solid red light shows- there should be a flashing red light on the back of both remote speakers and the subwoofer- There is a pairing button on the back of each speaker and sub woofer. Only the sub woofer button is labeled and I didn’t see this info in the instructions. There is only one button on each so you can’t get confused.-Long press the pairing button on the back of each speaker/sub woofer for 5 seconds until the red light goes from flashing steadily to flashing rapidly. Now it is in pairing mode. I think you have to do everything in 1 minute (thus why I said place 3 speakers together with backs facing you).- once you have repeated this process for both speakers and sub woofer the red lights on all three should be flashing rapidly. This means they are in pairing mode.- Now turn on the sound bar using the remote. The red light on the sound bar will go out and the white letters should briefly appear. Mine said “No USB”. I guess that means in ships in USB mode.- Very quickly the other speakers should have solid red lights meaning they are paired. Once paired the instructions say you never have to pair them again but I am writing this on day one so I will update if necessary.- Using the mode button on the remote, change the sound bar mode to whichever connection you are using. I used ARC but you can use digital audio, AUX (for using the old fashioned RCA cables), or USB for playing music with a thumb drive. I imagine digital audio has better sound quality but I don’t know that. Also I don’t know if digital audio does the same TV remote control trick as ARC does.- Once everything is working you should be able to install the speakers without ever using the remote again or having to pair again. The speakers go on tables or the wall behind the listener and the subwoofer sits on the floor. Close to the listener will help you feel the sound but it has to be plugged into wall power. Keep in mind if you mount the sound bar on the wall (mounting hardware included) you will need to run the cable for the TV and the power adaptor cable in the wall if you don’t want them to show.I will update this review if I find things don’t work as well as I wrote here. I thought I detected some glitches in the sound the first 15 seconds of a movie but it went away so I may have imagined it.On day one, I am very happy with the purchase.

    Easy setup and go.
This works well for me. I initially ran it with bluetooth but didnt like the lag that it was occurring. I think most sound systems have this issue though when using bluetooth. Im using it on my gaming pc setup. I finally decided to wire it optically and it works really well has good bass and treble. Sound quality is very nice. I’ve had it a few weeks and have no complaints. Yeah good value for what you get.

Five Star product and responsive customer service.
This is a perfect setup for the price.I’ve had this product for over a year and I absolutely love it.Adjustable treble, adjustable bass, and an EQ. This system has different modes of input For example: arc, Bluetooth, HDMI, USB, optical, and AUX. This system also has 3D sound that will give your television watching experience a surround sound.Set up is easy and customer service will respond to help you if you have any questions or problems getting this product working correctly. For me it was plug and play. The sound bar fits perfectly under my ’86-in TV. I believe it’s 4- 500 watts of power and it makes my action movies sound amazing. If you can’t afford that $5,000 home theater system this is definitely an alternative and I recommend it. I do suggest you get the warranty so if something does happen you can continue to enjoy You’re listening experience.

Good quality build, pre-paired components, ease of setup
As someone who has managed a team of support specialists in ran or worked in customer support for most of my life, I read reviews specifically to understand the type of support and feedback a company provides. This sound bar, priced around a couple of hundred dollars for its category, offers excellent sound quality and ease of setup. The instructions are clear, and the components come pre-paired, making the setup straightforward in at least three different ways: optical, old-style RCA Jacks, or HDMI, with all compatible with ARC 3 TVs. As a result, connections were quick and simple. However, I have a minor criticism about the volume control mechanism. I’ve used numerous sound bars throughout my life, from low-end $50 ones to mid-range Sony $500 ones, very expensive $1500 9.2 surround systems, and all of them, when paired with the TVs I’ve used, have a consistent volume control feature. One click up on the TV increases by one, and the sound also increases by one, and one click down on the TV decreases one, and the sound bar also decreases one.But on this particular sound bar, if you go up one click, the TV goes up three clicks, and if you go down one click, the TV goes down three clicks. So, if you start from zero or mute and increase the sound bar by one, the TV goes to three, as the sound bar has a maximum volume of 32, the TV has the potential to go up to 96 or whatever the top end range of the volume of the TV. I’ve contacted customer support about this, and they say it’s expected behavior. Only time will tell if this slight aberration causes issues in the future.
