A very good box, will buy again.
It is a great android box, I like it because works just as good as my shield, when friends seen it they wanted one. I’m giving it a 5 star because it is as good as a shield, and I have had a shield since 2017, which is still running great. Great android box, I have brought 4 more for my children.

Awful product
This product is a piece of crap. Opened it for the first time installed a few app on it, next thing you know its overheating, then it crashed. Got it restarted and try using it 2 day later nothing shows. Everything thing just buffering. Then it crashes again. CRASHDUMP NOW, PLEASE CONNECT TO TIGERDUMP TOOL AND KEEP POWER ON. Waste of money and time. The company thats manufacturing this should be ashamed. Smh. Zero star rating for this item.

Let me start by saying that i have had several android boxes like this over the years and I am pretty skilled at setting them up and even accepting of some idiosyncrasies, but this one is a mess. It had just been a while, so i figured that i would upgrade with new OS (previous box running Android 9) and some hardware upgrades. First, I must say that it is deceptively well packaged. Even on initial start up, I really thought that I was getting a much better box. But…Let’s start with the remotes. The traditional remote is a piece of junk. You have to hit every button numerous times no matter what you are trying to do. Powered up, power down, OK/enter/accepting button, left, right, up, down, volume, etc. But you can’t even get away with rapidly hitting a button because it may go too far or eventually power on and off in the sequence. The keyboard remote works far better, but doesn’t have a power on/off button for the box. So you have two options..1) go to the back of the box and unplug it and wait 20 seconds and plug it back in to start it up each time or 2) keep both remotes handy so that you can power it up with the numerous attempts on the traditional remote, then switch to the keyboard remote and switch again to the traditional remote for several more attempts to power down.The wifi is a joke. I have full gig internet and most devices in the house test at about 650 to 900+mbps down speed. This box sits closer than any of these devices and doesn’t even reach 100 mbps down. Even a similar box that I have on a different floor of the house tests around 300 mbps down. As far as streaming anything, I have had nothing but problems. Jumpy picture, no sound or sound not syncing, and on and on. On paper, this box looks like it should be one of the best performing boxes out there right now, but in reality, it runs like a $20 box that might have been out there 12 years ago.

Loses sound
The box works good but every now and then it loses sound. I unplug it then plug it back in to make it work
