Very Nice iPad, meets the need & saves $500
The item looked in perfect condition, just a couple of small scratches on the back that no one will ever see with the cover in place. Got this for my mother to replace her older iPad Air 2. She says it’s much faster and everything works perfectly. I did get the two-year Assurion protection plan, but I don’t think I will need it. I would not hesitate to buy again.

Sturdy and reliable
My son has been using this for years now, and it is still going strong after many years of being beaten up. I wish there was more RAM, but I could just buy more and have it installed. So, I can’t fault the product 😉

This is a refurbished iPad. It looks and works perfectly. Just like new. I have bought several electronics from Amazon that are refurbished and never had a problem. You save a lot of money that way. The battery stays charged for the normal amount of time you would expect. The screen is perfect. No scratches. Glad I bought this!

Cellular to verizon does not work.
The iPad itself is perfect. no scratches, was able to transfer from one iPad to another. The only downside is, it cannot connect cellular to Verizon. Sat on the phone with Verizon for hours, & Verizon tried multiple ways to try it. It would not work. unfortunately i had to return it. the only options it had for cellular is at&t and t mobile.

Not refurbished at all! Still does not work.
This is the second refurbished IPad I have ordered that did not work and had to be returned. Which begs the question, are they really refurbished at all?
