Everything I expected from an iPad. Easy transfer of data from old model to the newer one. Only complaint so far are the generic USB-C cord and charger. Neither worked well and had to use cords I already had.So far very happy with this renewed iPad.

No longer charges
Got this for Christmas and it was working fine up until this week. It now doesn’t hold a charge. Tried multiple chargers that work for everything else, except this iPad. Really disappointed.

iPad Air 4th generation
A great buy!!! I didn’t have any issues transferring my iPad 4th generation to the iPad Air. It was in great condition and works wells for what I need!!!

Not Worth It
iPad arrived without any issues. However, the cable that was provided was not an Apple charger, and is not compatible with the iPad. It does not charge. The iPad was also slightly dirty, with white residue on the back (shown in picture). There’s also a sticker stuck on it.Consider that a brand new iPad Air (5th gen) is going for $485 at the moment, it’s a waste to get a refurbished product with a faulty charger. Keep in mind that you’ll need to spend another $50 for an actual charger. That leaves you a minimum difference when buying an older used model… It’s absolutely not worth it.

Incomplete Functionality
The iPad was in good condition other than a few small and barely noticeable scratches on the screen. The small product sticker on the back was not easy to peel off and it took lots of effort and isopropyl alcohol to get rid of the residue.HOWEVER, the charger that came with the iPad was not that of Apple; it was simply a usb-c charger of unknown origin, and when I tried charging my iPad, it DID NOT WORK.The iPad itself was great, but the charger was absolutely useless. I’m planning on either buying a new usb-c charger or using one that I already have at home.

Was working great until the screen went black and died – nothing would bring it back – no the battery was not dead. Problem is Im in Canada and the return wants me to pay for the shipping to Vegas?Update: So my cost to return a defective item was $30 !

I bought this product on Amazon and it is trash. Constantly crashing and crashing and crashing. I still have 18gigs free space on it and it’s always crashing. Biggest regret purchase of the year. I don’t know what they did to renew it but clearly it’s not up to standards.

No tuve problema con el ipad en si, trabaja bien y todo, en lo único que tuve problema fue en la estética, planeaba ponerle una funda transparente pero en el ipad había como un intento de borrar un grabado láser como los que hacen en apple, y pues arruina la estética por completo. Decidí devolverla por lo mismo.
