mainly bought for gaming & digital art and its PERFECT!! I got starlight 256gb in good condition and it works perfectly. The only thing is the battery goes down fast but other then that it looks brand new with no scratches or dents and easy to set up!!

I got exactly what I was looking for. Battery life is long lasting. The capacity was exactly what I need to download things. This is perfect also great for gaming, streaming, and homework. The iPad was easy to set up. The weight is pretty heavy but that’s because I’ve never used an iPad before. I plugged it in as soon as I opened it and it was already at 90% (thank you company for charging it before sending). I’ve had the iPad on for 53 minutes and the battery is down to 87% so I’d say it’s pretty good. My package came with a cable charger and the adapter, but I’m buying a new one because it didn’t want to charge the iPad when I had it plugged into an extension cord but worked once I plugged it into the wall. The screen has some minor markings but I can see through it when the screen is on. The iPad feels durable but just in case I’m buying a screen protector and a case protector bc I’m clumsy.TL;DR?I love my refurbished iPad!

Great product; slow delivery
If this had arrived when it was scheduled to arrive, I would have given five stars. It was supposed to arrive before Christmas and unfortunately it did not, so my daughter’s Christmas surprise was ruined. The product itself works like a gem, and other than an undisclosed watermark on the back cover altering the light blue color in large spots where-whatever liquid it was-leaked on it, it is almost perfect.

1 Star – Very misleading “renewed” listing – both units had major issues
I ordered two iPads (5th generation) from this listing, and both experiences were disappointing and far from the “renewed – excellent condition” promise.The first iPad arrived in a generic, poorly padded box with minimal bubble wrap. It came with third-party charging accessories, not an original Apple charger or block. The device had a visible dent, and the charging port was dusty and barely functional. I tried charging it with an original Apple charger-nothing. The included third-party charger worked, but only barely. It was clear this iPad had seen heavy use and was not properly refurbished.Hoping the first was a fluke, I ordered a second iPad from the same listing. It came in identical packaging with the same generic charger. This time, there was no major dent, but the screen had a scratched-up screen protector, and once I peeled it off, the actual screen was heavily scratched underneath.Both iPads were clearly used, poorly cleaned, and misrepresented. At this price point ($400+), I expected quality refurbishment and at least original Apple accessories. These were nowhere near “excellent condition.”Returning both. Buyers beware-this listing is not what it claims to be

Like New, So far Great
I’ve just had this a couple days but from what I can tell so far this was a great purchase. It did not come with the original Apple charger but it did come with a nice long 10ft charging cable which I liked since I tend to need longer charging cables anyway. The exterior of the iPad Air is completely clean and looks like new. I was able to charge and set it up with zero issues. The battery life is great so far! It does not drain quickly. I liked that I was able to get a 4 year protection plan on this too, which is a major reason I went with it, because Apple’s plan only lasts 2 years or you have to pay monthly forever. I think the 4 year plan with Asurion is just right and they also have their own monthly plan if you want to look into even longer coverage. I actually bought this 5th generation Air to replace a 4th generation that quit due to a bad motherboard (First time I’ve ever experienced that with an Apple product and my whole family uses only Apple products that have lasted at least 7 to 10 years.) I had that previous Air 3 years, just a year past Apple coverage which was definitely frustrating but I learned my lesson that I need a longer care plan than just 2 years. I recommend everyone going with as long a protection plan as you can afford, because you are just as likely to encounter any issues if not more so past that 2 year timeframe. My power button on the last device was also starting to get stuck despite using a case and those buttons are not easy to repair on an iPad Air due to their proximity to the motherboard, so definitely do all you can to protect your device. Don’t use a casual thin case that just looks cute, use something with enough padding to protect the whole device, especially if you live in a home with kids and pets, things get knocked over despite best practices. If you want your power button to last longer I recommend trying assistive touch too! It limits how much you need to use that power button and the volume buttons, since you can use Assistive Touch with a small button directly on the screen to do things like lock your screen, restart your device, control volume, and take a screenshot. Very cool!

Es la segunda vez que compro una iPad de “Amazon Refurbished” y de nuevo, no hay decepción alguna 😁 Precio menor por casi un 40% en comparación con su precio nueva y llega en estado íntegro y sin detalles. Lo que sí es que no llega ni con caja de apple, ni con cargador original, pero sí con una caja a la medida y su plástico protector. Ya la actualicé, instalé apps y le di uso. No hay queja, todo al 100%
