Product arrived defective
When this got delivered i was so excited to finally get a new ipad for my birthday, but then when i tried to turn it on it kept showing the apple logo and then going dark and rebooting repeatedly. I tried everything to get it to turn on and then it suddenly turned and stayed on for a week or 2 and then it shut off and started bootlooping again. Im so mad i spent $160 on a product that came broken.

Refurbished Ipad debacle
The refurbished “excellent” IPad I bought would not hold a charge to save it’s technology, lol. Either it wouldn’t charge or it would and power was out in 15 minutes. I reached out to Amazon and they emailed the seller to let him know..he worked with me thru logistics and quick delivery and Amazon to get the IPad I had back to them so they could satisfy the customer, who was me. The return of the first Ipad and the delivery of the replacement went very smoothly. Thank you Amazon for lending v a hand, it’s much appreciated!!
