The device is perfect but the packaging is not. Not a deal breaker.
The device is in its pristine condition, all working well and the features are outstanding. Since its not a brand new one i still think the price is right with the device condition i got. The packaging was still original although it may have been dirty because of how the first owner kept it but the ipad itself is good and was tested by amazon resale team really well. I havent had it for quite some time now so im sure what issues might come in the long run and use, but i sure will take good care of this ipad. Thanks amazon!

Lo uso para revisar correos, ver videos, navegar por internet e incluso para trabajar un poco cuando no quiero usar la computadora. Waited a lil while to leave a review until I used my device a bit. The condition I received it in was pristine. It was well kept. Bit a single scratch! I purchased this iPad Pro 11 in. for nursing school. Great upgrade. The AI tools and enhanced features will make great tools to aid with coursework, studying, & note taking.

Do not buy an iPad from Amazon
This has been by far the most disappointing experience I’ve ever had with Amazon. This is the second time I’ve purchased an iPad from Amazon in the last six months, and both times have been a complete failure.The first one was refurbished—within a week of getting it all set up, the touch screen quit working, so I had to return it. I decided to give it another chance and ordered a brand-new iPad this time. I loved it — at first. I got it fully set up, called my provider, added it to my plan… and then, in less than a week, it just stopped turning on altogether.I’m a regular Amazon shopper for almost everything, but take it from me: do NOT buy an iPad from Amazon. I’m in the process of returning it now, again. I’m extremely frustrated but mostly disappointed.

I love the pad. When I try to activate the cellular connection, Spent hours on the phone today with Verizon to try and get them to unlock the device (That said it was unlocked for all carriers) They couldn’t do it and told me to call apple. Hours on the phone with them and the end result is send it back. It was sent to Amazon as a verizon locked device. Apple had me do all sorts of things and even try to factory reset it but in doing so the entire system locked up and will not shut off now. Not a happy camper.
