Only good things to say re: seller and condition of watch! Bought for elderly mother to help if she falls mainly and I’ve been wearing it to learn before handing it over. Haven’t tried fall feature yet, will update. I am less than thrilled with Apple’s design of the product and accuracy of sleep monitor and tracking workouts. My comparison is to an older Fitbit. Apple shouldn’t require that sleep monitor is tied into sleep schedule and alarm. Won’t track naps or if you don’t sleep when scheduled. If you turn off schedule, won’t give REM, Deep, etc. details, just time asleep, if that. Also, doesn’t automatically track when I’m walking/running for workout outdoors, can understand if it takes a few minutes to realize, but it seems not to register that I’ve been walking for 20 minutes, which by that time I don’t see the point of tracking it. You can manually start tracking workout, but seems like Fitbit did this better. Logs steps and miles fine if that’s all you need though. It reminds me of one of those baby chicken computers that kids got to have them get a sense of minding a real baby, have to constantly input things for it to work. Also, it seems to interfere with my phone ringing or alerting me to calls or texts, vibrating on my wrist if I’m lucky, or if I’m sleeping, not so lucky. Fitbit, though obviously did many fewer things, just logged stuff. The watch, while it’s cool it monitors oxygen saturation, the software gives ranges that don’t explain much. Maybe the paid version does better? Also, when I wear a headset to listen to music via watch, doesn’t work. Headset during calls doesn’t work and believe it’s supposed to. Has to be charged pretty much daily. Constantly vibrating to stand, record thoughts, etc. I mean I can probably set it otherwise, but again, feels like I’m minding a computer baby. Sometimes the band that came with it and watch itself causes a rash. Good ideas, bad execution. For the problems, not sure if I would get one for myself. For my Mom, will just set up the basics. May meet your needs though, just my opinion.

I be so cautious when ordering refurbished electronics. I took a chance and ordered the watch and so far it’s AMAZING!!!! Now, at first I was worried that I was going to have to send it back because it wouldn’t charge, but I used my hubby Apple Watch charger and it charged right up on. It came with a charger but it didn’t work, which is not a big deal because I had ordered a spare one anyway. It doesn’t have any scratches so it looks like a brand new watch. Now the other reviews states that the battery only charges up to 78% percent, but mine charged all the up to 100% and by the end of my 8 hour work shift, the lowest has percentage (without charging) is 58% which is pretty good for me. After it charged up, I did an update and it’s been working great. When I purchased electronics off Amazon, I try to wait a week before giving a review but I’m so impressed with the quality and the cosmetic of the watch I couldn’t no longer wait. The size of the watch is perfect. I literally have no complaints and I’m hoping it lasts. Not only did I save hundreds of dollars but it’s like I received a brand new watch for half the price.

It’s a great watch for it to be refurbished
The watch itself its great love it for it to be my first Apple Watch it works well it had minimal scratches and a tiny crack i didn’t even notice until cleaning the screen, I do however wish the battery health was better than 81% but nonetheless a great watch I truly love I only give it 4 stars because it dies quicker due to the health. It fits nicely i love the charger works great. My Notifications are synced. It feels great i did change my band but thats just my personal preference, the screen display looks so good.

Came on time even they couldn’t delist in the morning they came back later in the day to redeliver. All the item where in the box charger cord no adapter base watch and band came together. Charger cord works fine, But the watch itself battery drains even if fully charged and no in use for a while with no apps being openly ran on it. Over all works great for what I need it for and it was a good price tiny cosmic on the bottom right side of the watch metal frame but not to noticeable. Easy setup good purchase

I love it! It’s perfect for what I need. I’m 5 months postpartum and I also work on my phone so I needed something that counts steps for me and also I can get calls on when I can’t reach for my phone. This does everything I need it to plus some. Yes like others have said the battery life isn’t 100% but what exactly can you expect with a gen 7? I don’t use all the extra monitors etc so the battery life works just perfect for what I need it for and I still have a bit extra at the end of the day so I’m happy. I got the excellent condition and it came with no real scratches etc. maybe a few tinyyyyyyy buffs on the metal but I can’t complain about that at all, it really isn’t bad and it’s pretty normal for use. I also always have a case w a protector on (which you should anyway) so it doesn’t bother me. Super happy with my buy thank you sellers!

Llego en la fecha programada, la batería al 85% de vida, pero me aguanta todo el día sin problema con un uso moderado en cuanto a mediciones, estéticamente 9/10 rayones casi índetectables a simple vista, el único detalle, el cargador no servia, dejaba de cargar, por suerte aún tengo el de mi anterior Apple Watch, el empaquetado deja mucho que desear, no esperaba algo premium pero se podría mejorar

Les expongo mi experiencia : Llego puntual en una cajita con su extensible y cable para cargar(No trae cubito carga) use el de mi iphone para cargar y sin problema, viene listo para que reconozca tu iphone, se actualizo y eso demoro 4hrs aproximadamente. Busque defecto o rayón y NADA estaba impecable intacto.Volvería a comprar otro en el futuro.Si Recomiendo la compra mi experiencia fue positiva superando mis expectativas.Espero haber aportado algo positivo a esta comunidad de clientes Amazon Saludos 🙂
