Gimbal camera is loose?( Please re-power on the drone horizontally on a flat ground, gimbal needs to work horizontally)
Place the drone on a level surface to power on, the gimbal is loose before powering on and will auto adjust the camera horizontally after powering on. Wait to search enough satellites, start the drone after connected in GPS Mode(Over 19 satellites)
KEEP AWAY FROM TREES FOR DRONE SAFETY! AVOID CRASHING TREES. No response to the Joysticks?(Low battery Protection Zone)
Please check if there any obstacle around(OAS function is working for not near obstacles, Turn off the OAS through app)or if the drone low battery(Low battery Safe Return Protection Zone), the drone can’t fly out of the zone by any Joystick Commands
Camera Transmission View Issue? Or Can’t Connect Or APP issue?—–Please fully charge the controller and battery

Re-download the drone App or Restore the System and allow all permissions when first opening the app for the app to access the camera and data.

Amazing drone!!
Since I travel frequently, I am a drone enthusiast. Every time I go out, I will bring my drone to record the beautiful scenery of my travel. Let me sincerely praise my travel partner.This drone is a little big in size, so it has strong wind and rain resistance. It suddenly rained during my last travel flight and the wind was very strong, but it still auto flew back very stably during the return flight. If it was a small drone, it may have been blown to another direction by the wind and rain.It is not heavy in itself, and the material is lightweight made. Combined with its large-capacity battery, the actual battery life of this drone is very long, which is very close to its publicity, in my opinion, its actual performance is better than many more expensive drones.The shooting is very clear, 4K video quality, which can help me record the beautiful scenery of my travel very well.In most tourist attractions and unmanned areas, its image transmission stability is very good, but in places with poor gps signals, its flight distance will be affected by the image transmission signal, and there will be a momentary freeze after flying far away. This seems to be a common problem of drones.The above three aspects are what I care most about a good travel drone. What this drone surprised me most is that it has many of the latest features, such as the expensive obstacle avoidance function and the unique remote control, as mentioned in the publicity and other reviews. Overall, its performance is worth the price, and I am willing to give it 5 stars.As a travel enthusiast, it is worth having and I recommend buying it.

Honest review of this drone !
Cool drone very much a beginner drone. If you have had a drone in the past this is not for you. It is a very easy setup i had it up and flying in the air in minutes. The obstacle avoidance camera is also very nice to help avoid crashing into things. The camera on it is nice but it is not the highest quality. May find yourself wanting to upgrade to higher quality camera. It does have a lot of customize ability. It also comes with extra battery and wings to fly.

The overall performance is very great
The manual and tutorial video are not perfect, but the customer support is fast and accessible.As a professional drone with 3 axis gimbals camera, it is fully functional and powerful, with two batteries, more than an hour of flight time, and the stable shooting video is real 4k with sd card. And it comes with safety obstacle avoidance camera, whcih is friendly to drone beginners, this is really nice!In a sufficiently open area, the image transmission range can easily reach miles.The only fault I think is that the battery charging time is relatively long, but the screen remote charges very fast.It is easy to operate and control this drone, not complicated at all with the manuals and guided videos support, this is the reason why I give it an over five-star review.For this price range, the attribute of the special features makes it hard to refuse this drone, worth the money!

Ordered this drone a week ago, I flew it nearly every day since receiving it, functions great. It’s a 3 axis gimbal camera drone, the gimbals will auto start to work and adjust the camera after powering on the drone on the ground horizontally, and gives real 4K video quality. It also has another camera Laser obstacle avoidance camera, it is a much-have feature this year that you should choose for an outdoor drone, much better and safer than cheap infrared one. I’ve flown one in the bayou that didn’t have the avoidance system.Its battery life and flight distance are also worth its price, can be a new flagship drone. I 100% recommend it!

It’s great for a beginner because of the avoidance system and is great on our farm!
This is a fantastic drone I bought. It is very easy to fly, and the video and picture quality is great. It is even more stable in open ground on the farm, and it can fly a long way which helps because I use it to see things on the farm I would never see otherwise without doing a lot of walking. I’ll be using it to record our fall harvest, which will save me time and money. It also allows me to see what’s happening in different fields without having to walk fields, which is cool. It’s a must-have for us on the farm.

I have flew my this new drone for nearly one week, it’s gimbal camera works smoothly outdoors after flying high, great shooting capabilities! I once flew together with my neighbor, he has a Dji mini pro 4, and I found that even though this drone is heavier than dji mini pro, but its battery real flight time is much longer than dji mini pro standard, powerful battery provides me with more fun time for a flight. I really like it, the best drone within 1000 dollars in my opinion.Suggestions for shortcomings:This manual is not detailed, so I suggest to watch its detailed guided video step by step, I spent long hours in figuring out this drone’s starting, but once I saw the guided video, everything seemed to be easy. So do watch the guided video, this is the first step that could reduce risks.

This is my third drone, after a cheap drone without gps, I bought a gps one last year and broken three month ago, so I bought this one with a lot of comparisions works done, fortunately, this didn’t let me down, it’s even the best in many aspects, longer battery life, longer distance, much better controller, and most importantly this one has Obstacle avoidance which I like most, makes me no worry about hitting into obstacles, more safer! Have much fun with this professional drone, I would highly recommend this drone to whoever wants a great drone!!! The flight was smooth as driving a Cadillac. The stability and handling were superb I would recommend for the professional who likes taking photos or just beginner wanting to have fun . This one’s for you !
