【 IMPORTANT REMINDER】Tripod Model: TM264A. 1, This is a lightweight camera tripod with an optimal weight capacity range of 8.8 pounds (4kg). Please do not use it to support equipment exceeding 15 pounds (7kg). 2, Remove one leg of the tripod, unscrew the central column hook, and pull out the entire central column. They can be assembled into a monopod with a height exceeding 74 inches. For detailed instructions, please refer to the user manual. 3, The ball head sphere is made of aluminum alloy, and the fixed bowl of the ball head is constructed from high-strength engineering plastic.
【UPGRADED NEW PRODUCT】We have significantly improved the craftsmanship of this tripod stand: 1. The tripod components are crafted using CNC machining, resulting in minimal tolerances. As a result, adjusting the camera’s angle on the ball head feels as smooth as silk. 2. We’ve optimized the ball head structure, removing unnecessary accessories to further reduce weight. 3. The load-bearing components are cast in a single piece and made from high-strength engineering plastic, ensuring exceptional durability and lightweight design.
【STURDY AND CONVENIENT】The tripod weighs 3 pounds (1.4 kilograms) and has a maximum load capacity of 13 pounds (6 kilograms). Despite being a heavy-duty tripod, it is very lightweight. This tripod can fold down to a compact size of just 16.3 inches and easily fits into the included carrying bag. When needed, the tripod can quickly transform into a monopod (ranging from 34 inches to 74 inches) and can also serve as a hiking pole during your trekking adventures.
【QUICK ADJUSTMENTS, CAPTURE THE MOMENT】Each leg of this heavy-duty tripod features 4 extendable sections and 3 quick-release locks, allowing you to swiftly adjust the height from 18.5 to 74 inches in seconds. The tripod’s leg angles are adjustable to meet your photography needs, and its maximum height eliminates the need to bend over while framing your shot.
【MULTI-FUNCTIONAL AND VERSATILE, EXPAND YOUR PHOTOGRAPHY OPTIONS】The tripod has a minimum height of 21.6 inches and can also be used for macro photography by inverting the center column. Simply rotate the knob system to extend the center column for capturing a wider range of angles.
【HIGH COMPATIBILITY】The 1/4-inch quick-release screw is compatible with most cameras, DSLR cameras, mirrorless cameras, projectors, telescopes, and other devices. It can also be used to attach smartphones using the phone holder.
【AFTER-SALES】We offer a 1-year after-sales service, providing repairs and replacements for non-human damage. If you have any questions, our after-sales team will respond within 24 hours. Before use, please test to ensure the tripod’s safety and reliability. A simple installation wrench is included in the package, and the tripod legs are adjustable for tension. No brainer – buy it!
Are you kidding? For $21 this is a steal. It’s nearly identical to several other models from other manufacturers selling for MUCH more. This thing is well built, sturdy, and well worth the money. I’ve gone through my share of table top tripods and this is by far the best.First, let’s get some precise measurements. The weight with the included ball head is 9.6 oz. The folded size depends on how you measure. With the ball head in the upright position, I get 10.1″ from the bottom of the legs to the top surface of the ball plate (not counting the 1/4-20 which sticks up another 0.2″ or so). But, if you reposition the ball plate so it’s 90° off to the side, the folded length becomes 9.8″.The largest diameter is the locking ring for the legs, at about 1.75″ diameter. With the legs extended, each leg protrudes 5.5″ from the center point of the tripod, providing a footprint diameter of about 11″.The maximum working height to the ball plate, with center column extended, is 15.6″. The height with the center column retracted is 11.2″. But you can go a bit lower by releasing the leg locking ring and lowering the center column until it nearly touches the ground, then locking it again. The minimum working height in this position is 9.7″. Surprisingly, this option is not mentioned in the manual or on the Amazon page. The included cell phone mount is spring loaded with rubber grips on both ends. It looks like the maximum width of the device it can hold is about 3.25″. The thickness it can accommodate is a bit less than 1/2″ – I measured it at 11 mm. So it can handle phones with some cases as long at they’re not too thick. There are rubber lips at the front edge of each end of the mount to keep the phone from slipping out. You could mount a thicker phone/case setup if you don’t mind those lips holding the phone instead of the phone being in the 11mm slots behind the lips. The cell phone holder provides a strong grip on the phone and has a 1/4-20 socket on the rear and on one end.For construction, the legs, center column and ball head are all aluminum. It feels very rigid and well made. There are a few plastic parts in the locking mechanisms, but everything feels very solid. The center column extension locking collar has a rubber grip ring on it that is not glued to the collar itself. As a result, if you try to lock it too hard, the rubber grip ring slips. I’m not sure if that’s intentional or not, but it does lock very securely, and keeps you from over-tightening.Balance: as with any of this style tripod, balance, and a level surface, are important because you cannot adjust the leg length at all. I tried it with my Lumix GH5 and a 35-100 telephoto zoom lens and found it very stable when properly balanced. Note that this requires knowing where your center of gravity (COG) is. Aiming my lens at the position between two legs was the least stable. It did not tip over on its own, but felt very near to the tipping point. If I aimed the lens over one of the outstretched legs, it was more stable. But, my GH5 camera’s tripod socket is offset to one side so the camera itself is not balanced over the tripod center. This meant that, between the camera offset and the lens weight, my gear’s COG was to the front/right of the camera body. When I positioned one tripod leg under my guess for the COG position, it became extremely stable and not remotely prone to tipping in any direction. If your camera’s tripod socket is in the middle of the body, then you’ll want to aim your lens directly over one leg.Keep in mind that this is a tabletop tripod, not a field tripod. You may have difficulty with balance if you want to use it on uneven ground. There are other mini tripods that might be better suited to that use, but you could also bring some shims along to put under the legs of this one to level it up. It doesn’t need to be perfectly level, but you probably don’t want any one leg more than an inch higher that the others. Probably less if you’re using the full center column extension and you have heavier gear. You can get away with more if you’re using a cell phone.Camera Mount: The ball head is small, lightweight, and not the highest quality, but perfectly usable. My camera is held very securely with only moderate tightening of the thumbscrew. There is no quick disconnect plate so if you want that feature you’d have to add your own plate. The top plate of the included ball head unscrews and leaves the 1/4-20 screw available for mounting your own plate. Or, you can unscrew the entire ball head, exposing another 1/4-20 screw, and then you can mount your own ball head. Of course, doing so would add to the size and weight.Other: The legs have a small rubber pad at each end which seems very grippy and keeps the tripod securely in place. It comes with a strap which seems to me kind of useless for such a small tripod. There’s no way to remove it so I may cut it off if I get annoyed with it. The cell phone holder comes in a zip lock bag, along with an Allen wrench. I could find no Allen head screws anywhere on the cell phone holder or anywhere on the tripod at all! The tripod comes with a carrying bag which, while it’s a nice touch, I don’t find it all that useful. To me a tripod needs to be easily accessible. Keeping it in its own carrying bag, in addition to being inside a gear bag or backpack, just means it takes more time to get it out.Bottom line – this tripod is well made, solid, and versatile. It folds up small enough to fit in any camera bag and holds a good sized camera. I’m frankly amazed at what a high quality piece of gear this is for $21. Especially when others are selling similar models from $40 to $70! This really is a no brainer. Just buy it.

Well-built lightweight tripod
I got a good deal on an open-box option. It came in in its original wrapping – never been used. That said, I would pay list price for this tripod. It is a 10X improvement over my old tripod with its cheap plastic “quick release” gismo that wobbled all over the place. This one has all metal alloy components that fit together just right. It is very sturdy, versatile and can easily handle my Sony DSLR camera. My response to one reviewer’s comment about instability when he pressed the camera’s shutter button: get a wired or wireless remote shutter release. They are inexpensive and solve that problem no matter what kind of tripod you have. Go ahead, spend $10 on an item that every professional photographer uses.Back to my review of the Cambofoto TM264 tripod, I trust it to hold my spotting scope for bird watching, gun sighting and even moon watching. The bubble-level and 360-degree ball movement are great improvements. This is a quality piece of hardware for the price. Highly recommended.

Great multi-use tri-pod
This is a very sturdy, well-made tri-pod. Moderately heavy which will help keep it steady, plus there is a small hook in the center for hanging extra weight. This tri-pod has the unique feature of being able to remove one leg to use as a monopod for camera or using phone adapter which is included.

Bang for your buck
Awesome. Just what I needed for my content creation. I like the different heights I can adjust it to. It is sturdy (not the sturdiest) but it is worth the money. I would but it again.

Broke in first day of use.
I would like to recommend this because it’s got a lot of the good things you want in a tripod. However unfortunately due to a lot of the parts being plastic they do not hold up very well. While using the tripod legs one of the legs started to slowly slide and I realized it had been broken in transit. After taking apart the leg and fixing it. I then went to tighten the ball and noticed I had a little bit of drift in the ball. So I attempted to tighten that until the drift stopped and heard a loud pop and I’m assuming a plastic piece I can’t get to broke. Not long after that I attempted to try and use it anyways and the same leg broke again. I believe this is due to the fact that this company took a lot of the good things on more expensive tripods and try to make them plastic. Unfortunately this results in a lot of weak joints or parts
