Incredible Value and Vey
This is a REALLY good little drone for kids starting out. It flies really well and is fairly easy to learn. Plenty durable for the occasional crashThe “manual” physical remote control works better than the phone app. There’s a bit of a delay with the app and the joystick controls on the screen aren’t very responsiveVery pleased with the drone. Works great every time. The battery life is good- can fly it for about 10-15 minutes. A second battery is included, which of course extends the flying time

Purchased this as Christmas gift for my 6 year old as he kept asking for a drone. I felt the drone was a decent price and had the phone attachment capability. However, after setting up and trying, I would not necessarily allow my 6 year old to play with it unsupervised. The fans are super fast and possible for injury.That said, it is a good drone so far and ideal for someone who is older and likes to take aerial photos.

Fun entry level drone, confusing interface with the phone
This is a great entry level drone to play around with without fearing the cost of damaging something, so overall a great value for the money. It works with the included controller or the iphone app, but I couldn’t figure out how to have the camera control on while also being able to control with the remote control rather than the iphone screen. Overall this is easy to figure out and a fun step into drones for kids (or dads)

I bought this foldable drone as a gift, and it has completely exceeded my expectations! It’s incredibly easy to use—even for total beginners. Pros: it flies. It can be controlled passably well with the remoteCons: the app is crude and slow and difficult to use. The little blade guards that attach to the arms are poorly constructed and either won’t attach at all, or quickly fall off.

A great drone for the price
This foldable drone really exceeded my expectations! The compact size and lightweight design are impressive, super easy to carry around, whether it’s for travel or outdoor fun.It’s fun and easy to use overall, though as a first-time drone pilot it can feel a bit challenging at first. Thankfully, I had experience with a toy drone before, which helped. The manual is straightforward, and as long as you follow the steps, like doing the pre-flight calibration, etc. it works smoothly.Having two batteries is a plus. The flight time per battery isn’t super long (around 15–20 minutes for me, maybe up to 30 minutes max if you fly slowly without flips), so the extra battery really helps extend the time.The camera is good for this price. I love that it can be angled downward for a birds-eye view. I definitely plan to take it on some hiking trips and use it there. I even used it to check my roof, and it worked great.

*edit 2* Bumping to 1 from 2 star. The seller read my initial review and at first offered a refund. So I said, sure. Then I received a message from the seller stating this: “Regarding the pricing of the blade set, we understand your concern, and we’d like to explain: the blades and other accessories listed in our store are primarily intended for warranty and replacement purposes, in cases like yours where a part may be missing or damaged. We intentionally price them higher to encourage customers to reach out to our support team first, rather than having to purchase replacement parts out of pocket. To make this right for you, please send a photo of your drone and your shipping address to our official support email . Our dedicated service team will then help arrange a complimentary replacement set of blades, or discuss an alternative solution that best meets your needs.”That is highly suspicious. So I replied: “Intentionally overpricing items so that a customer would contact you directly is not a good business model. Many, or perhaps most customers, such as myself, prefer to go through a name we know we can trust. I will not give out personal information including my address. If you are legitimate, you will work through Amazon and Amazon messaging.”They responded with an all caps “OK” and that is, so far, the end of the conversation.I’ll let you be the judge of what kind of company responds like this one did. I would stay all the way clear.*edit* The drone itself seems fairly solid. You can get blades from the manufacturer, but they come at the ridiculous price of $16.99 for 4 blades (not sure if four screws are included as it doesn’t say). That’s not even close to competitive pricing with other drone blades.Good luck finding spare blades ata good price that is competitive with other blade replacements kits you find on line. The Drone blade positions are labeled A1, A2, B1, and B2 for the blades but all the blades and spare blades are just A1 and B2.So kid crashed it into a tree limb on first launch. 3 blades and 3 screws came out of 2 motors. Couldn’t recover missing screws or blades. 2 other blades broke at tip. So much for the 4 spare blades given in the pack. Not even enough spare for 1 crash. And I’ve spent an hour now trying to find new blades and there is nothing. Even A.I. can’t help with this. What a waste.
