Great tv
I’m really impressed with the picture quality on this tv. The 4K resolution is clear, and the colors are vibrant thanks to the QLED. It was easy to set up and the built-in Fire TV works great, everything is snappy and easy to navigate. It’s a fantastic value for a 55-inch screen!

Very Pleased, Good Value, Be Patient with Setup
This is an excellent television for the price. Have had it for 3 days now. We can see a discernable difference in the picture quality between this set and the last one we had. Images are so clear and defined that it almost looks like we’re watching live action compared to other screens. It did take a bit of effort to set it up properly and connect to the apps we use. As I set it up it prompted me to set a new Amazon password, which I did, but then it wouldn’t give me access to Prime video. It prompted me to sign up for Prime (which I already have). After some research I found that the new password actually created a secondary account and the TV was logged into that secondary account. I reset everything and went back through setup again. I was prompted to again set up yet another new password for my Amazon account, so I did. This time, though, I entered actual usernames and passwords rather than using the QR code scanner and trying to do it the “easy way.” The second time around it all worked fine. I do think that there is some lag when switching between apps, but that does not bother us. The processing speed is fine. There are a variety of visual settings and sound settings. The sleep timer works great. The remote and the menus are easy to use. We are very pleased with this purchase.

Awesome TV!
Damn good tv. I originally bought a 65” and it was so good I bought two 55”s for guest rooms. Phenomenal sound and picture at an awesome price. You cannot go wrong with this!

Performance vs Affordability vs Intent
For this review I will skip the Pros and Cons and just get to the point.Nice TV for the price at the time and the size. I knew prior to ordering TVs using FireTV OS typically aren’t that good compared to Roku or Google TV OSs. This one is no different, as you can read other reviews around this. With this said, I initially had this TV for just showing HDMI output, no Wifi connectivity. This worked just fine, the TV stayed on most of the time unless intentionally turned off, and the TV turned on to navigate to HDMI within like 10 – 15 seconds. But once I changed that so that I can use Airplay straight to the TV, therefore, I had to connectivity to Wifi, the load time from power on is now like 60 – 90 seconds. Also, in both setups, the menu navigation is also sluggish. But again I bought the TV knowing this so I cannot give it less than 4 out of 5. Also, Airplay works just fine once connected, and I don’t notice any performance degradation. But I don’t see why they cannot optimize the performance on FireTVs… But I guess its for affordability. Outside of the performance, the other minor issue was the frame on the TV I have has a small gap between the screen and the front frame towards the bottom of TV. Not visible unless you standing above the TV, but its a thing. I did not see any dead pixels so thats good. And as for the goods, well, the screen is nice, as I said no dead pixels on mine. Physically the TV is good, stand is solid enough. For what I use it for and what I got out of it so far, its a 4 out of 5.

Great picture quality for price
I’m giving this 5 stars because the picture quality is amazing and the price was great. That being said I’ve had it less than a week and its crashed more than once. Twice its closed the app I’m watching and opened up other apps all on its own. Since its only a week in and its happened more than once, I’m assuming this will be a recurring annoyance. The set up was super easy and simple. Overall I’m pleased with it. I was very impressed with the picture quality for the price. If you dont mind some hiccups and are on a budget, would recommend.

Very Nice Picture
(bought the 65 inch model)Pros:- The picture is amazing. Darks are very dark and the colors are so vibrant. Recommend putting on YouTube and finding the test OLED screens which work great on this QLED screen.- Super thin and light. Just install the feet and you are good. Please note that it comes with a cardboard front on the screen which is easy to lay it on when putting on the feet which the directions say to do. I wanted to put the TV on the its back to put on the feet. So, read the directions.- 4 HDMI imports make it really nice. But, I use the third one for my amp since it is an eARC output, as well.- I wasn’t really looking for a FireTV since I am really into Roku. However, all the streaming apps I use on Roku are on FireTV which include CrunchyRoll and HiDive.- Menu moves nicely. That is one of the complaints I have seen on other TVs and I am so glad this one doesn’t have that issue.Cons/Annoyances:- I had issues getting Dolby 5.1 out of the TosLink Fiber connection. The connection worked. Just had issues with Dolby 5.1. I found a cheap eARC to Fiber optic TosLink converter on Amazon (cost me $21) and with that it worked great. Even 5.1 with YouTube. Note when I first bought a converter it wasn’t 5.1 compatible. So, make sure when buying, it is one that does Dolby 5.1 if you want to do TosLink- The RF connect is really close to the back of the TV making it a little hard to screw in.- The screen. to me, is very reflective. So, I had some issues with seeing overhead lights on the screen. I turn them off. But, looking for a way to watch TV without having to turn off the lights.
