Great value
Purchased a few weeks back to replace an 8 yr old PC used by the family. Looked at brand new, but could not justify the cost for our home use. This fit the bill nicely. Good processor (I prefer AMD) and sufficient memory to support the current Windows and programs. Haven’t done the WIN11 upgrade yet. No problems, so I haven’t had to use their tech support.

Perfect price for my computing needs
First off: Excellent “good as new” condition…and, for a very reasonable price. For my needs: music/Video, e-mail, social media, Internet shopping…this is absolutely perfect. Can’t say anything about gaming…not my “thing”. Well packed and quickly delivered. Easy setup. Very satisfied with this item.

Dvd player is trash.
The dvd player in HP affordable pcu is a piece of crap.My previous computer ( new off the shelf) had a one and it quit functioning after a time.Extremely annoying. This latest is no exception. Just a heads up. I have only found this problem in HP computers.

Pleased with purchase
This computer tower is a renewed product, but it is in excellent condition and works really well though every now and then the disk drive will stick. The keyboard that came with it stopped working after one day, but it was quickly and replaced by the seller. Great customer service!

Almost Dead HDD
PC is great for the money but the PC’s Hard Drive came almost dead. Crystal Disk showed bad health. Not a huge deal since I ordered an SSD anyways but be aware that they reuse old hard drives that barely work.

Arrived Broken
Was super excited to get this after reading pretty decent reviews, unfortunately my system arrived completely broken. I knew something was wrong the second I plugged in the power supply cord and it was very wobbly and made a static sound every time I would move it. As I thought, the computer will not even turn on. Im assuming the power supply is bad. They claim that they thoroughly inspect and test their products after refurbishment and before reselling, but if that were true I don’t see how I was sent a system that doesn’t even turn on. I ordered a replacement, I will happily edit my review if I am sent a system that is actually refurbished to working condition.

Amazing tower
Best bang for the buck arrived early and runs like a champ!! The boot time is around 30 seconds and install is about 30-20 minutes depending on your internet speeds.
