Great doorknob, excellent customer service
This doorknob does exactly what it’s supposed to do, which is to secure my room. It’s easy to forget how high tech it is because it just works in the background of my life without intruding on it. It recognizes my fingerprint every time. Installation was pretty easy. I struggled a bit at first because I am old and stupidly missed the first instructions in the manual, but when I called for assistance the agent was friendly and helpful. He walked me through the pairing process and stayed on the line while I successfully entered my thumbprint and confirmed how to use the knob, reinforced how to enter my son’s fingerprint and made sure everything worked seamlessly. I complained to him that the manual was terrible but after the phone call I found the page I had missed, so it turns out my complaint was self-induced. The manual is as thorough as the agent was. I was worried about a fingerprint knob without physical number buttons but I have used the doorknob for a few days now, it works every time. And it looks great; it disappears into the background just like it should. My bedroom is now in the 21st century!

Well worth the money. It really works!
I purposely waited a couple months and using the door knob to make sure that it function properly and I can honestly say that it has gone above and beyond what I could even think that it is the app is beautiful to use I can lock and unlock the door from my home from my phone I can unlock the door if I’m out of town and somebody needs access to the house I can unlock the door from wherever I’m at and also lock it I can put in other people’s thumbprints and it also has a key just in case it runs out of batteries which I don’t see it doing because it’s rechargeable and I’ve had it for 2 months and I’m still at 92% after 2 months so the battery inside the door knob last a long time but I do like the fact that it does come with a couple of keys that you can just do it the old fashioned way if you want to and I’ve been through Sub-Zero weather with this door knob and it worked through it all 10 below zero we had 12 in of snow on the ground the door knobs still work as if it was just a balmy 73°. I highly recommend that you buy this biometric door knob it is not only for your outside door but also for your inside doors also it garage doors I would use it for my garage doors it’s just a beautiful thing to have where you don’t have to use the key you just put your thumb up against and unlocks and you just move on into it I love this product and I would recommend that everybody get it and I’m giving it five stars I wish I could give it six. I would be remiss if I didn’t mention that I am no Handyman by any small means I know nothing about DIY I am just a regular old person but I did install this door knob by myself just following the simple instructions and I am so proud that I did this and that’s one of the reasons why I would give it a 6 if I could because it was very very easy to install very very easy to program I really do love this product and I really do recommend it and it was very very inexpensive compared to other manufacturers it was like 50% less than the other products that I looked at.

I purchased two of these KLLOQUE fingerprint door locks, and overall I’m very happy with the performance. They’ve added a real sense of convenience and security to our home, and I’d definitely recommend them with a couple of small caveats.Pros:Reliable Security: Once set up, the fingerprint unlock works well most of the time. It’s fast, responsive, and feels secure.App Control: The mobile app is easy to use and helpful for managing fingerprints, viewing logs, or unlocking remotely. Great if you want more control over who can enter and when.Design & Modes: I like the rotating knob that switches between passage, privacy, and entrance modes. It’s a great feature that adds flexibility, especially for guest rooms or home offices.Rechargeable Battery: The built-in battery lasts for weeks between charges, and the Type-C recharging is quick and convenient.No Cloud Dependency: Fingerprints are stored locally, which is a plus for privacy.Why It’s 4 Stars (Not 5):Inconsistent with Wet Hands: If your hands are wet or sweaty, the fingerprint reader can struggle to recognize you. It’s not a huge issue, but worth noting.Not Ideal for Young Kids: My 7-year-old has trouble getting it to work reliably.
