HDMI for Monitor will not work without an adaptor
Lenovo gets a low rating since they didn’t make it obvious that you can’t use an HDMI plug for the display (monitor) but need a special adaptor. They should have included an adaptor since it is a very inexpensive item. However, now I either have to drive an hour round trip to a store that carries the adaptor or order it and wait for it to arrive. It negates the convenience of ordering the computer and having it delivered, instead now having to go out to a store where the adaptor would have mostly likely at least been mentioned, or included in the purchase. Don’t know if I like the system since I can’t use it.

I’m really happy with this PC
This is a full-blown windows computer with plenty of USB ports. It also has Wi-Fi which many of these smaller computers do not have. The only thing it doesn’t have is a disk drive which most people rarely use anymore anyway.

Stay away, it’ll
The warranty expired over a year ago. The hardware is obsolete to support Windows 11 Pro. Stay away from this product. Extremely disappointed that Amazon would offer such an obvious scam.

Unable to run Windows 11.
Not built for Windows 11. Consistent 100% CPU usage just trying to browse and install another browser. Computer starts to crash while running a Ookla speed test. Severely unreliable and not worth a dime unless you are going to use Linux.

The computer was hard to set up. Also was supposed to come with a keyboard and mouse but didn’t.

Avoid the company that sold this computer through Amazon!
Did not work- No operating system- 2 of the USB ports were inoperative. Description stated it came with keyboard and mouse-neither came with it. Tried both calling and emailing company-no reply! Returned item.

Slowest computer I’ve ever seen. Useless.
VERY, VERY slow. Even after adding 8 gb more memory, it’s super slow. CPU show as almost alway 100%.Useless. I do not recommend even as a thin client.
