Great buy perfect fit.
I had the set that covered both top and bottom. They were ok. But once they bent in. There was no getting them back in shape. Wich means your props are hitting the gaurd. I don’t see that happening with this set. Supper easy to put on. And provide plenty of protection. Thanks great buy.

Better than guard from DJI
These are way better than the DJI propeller guards and cost 1/2 the price. Nicer ABS plastic that is more flexible than the black stuff used by DJI which is very brittle and breaks a lot – I have lots of superglue on hand 🙂 The open design is better / simpler than DJI and with the flexible ABS plastic it handles my major problem when the drone gets entangled with tree branches.Warning – the 22g weight causes the drone to lose a lot of flight altitude (DJI guard is 24g). I got 392 ft with NO guard, and only 98ft with the guard ! (probably made worse by my Denver altitude of 5280 ft and thin air). Nevertheless, the guard is great in areas with lots of trees or obstacles. It’s easy to remove if you want to fly higher with no obstacles.

important to know, it’s not all perfect
guards are great, but for the dji mini 4k it auto enters into payload mode because it’s heavy making the flight limited in height, distance and time even though it’s written it’s not impacting the flight.

To be used on DJI’s and SPECTA MINI drones
It is a perfect fit for SPECTA DRONE, which is not equipped with OAS (Obstacle Avoidance Sensor). It is easy to assemble and lightweight, so it will not increase the total weight of the drone, but in my case, it could be detected as an extra weight and take a little bit more out of the batteries. But, compared to the benefits of protecting the integrity of the drone, that is negligible. I highly recommend using this item.

Very light weight but not the best protection
I had got this hoping to make my dji mini 2 Jp edition a FFA category 1 compliant drone while still having enough weight margin to put in a remote id unit but the bar on the rear guard is not aligned with the blade and thus does not shield them adequately enough for my needs.

Set a mini 2 SE perfectly
The product description on this one, and others keeps using the word Mavic, which is a different and larger model. I was suspicious that these guards would not fit.However, they fit perfectly, and despite the flimsy appearance, seem to be fairly strong in the tolerances for connecting the front and back guard on each side Were tight so it feels solid on the drone.We’ll see how it holds up if I experience any light collisions but otherwise, this is definitely a good value for the money and I do recommend to buy.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:This has saved my blades multiple times but dont intentionally crash into stuff, with speed you will definitely still damage propellers if you hit the wrong thing.
