Great lights at a great price
I used these for back lighting a green screen and they worked great! Perfect in fact! The only down side might be that the remote not only adjusts both lights at the same time but also all my other NEEWER LED lighting as well, you may not want this but you can adjust them individually by using local controls. It’s also nice for me to adjust all NEEWER lighting all at the same time without affecting each light setting relative to the other.

Full kit for easily setting up sofboxes
Standalone, this softbox lighting kit is a solid starter kit for rapid deployment. Everything you need for two softbox lights is included: two sets of LED bulbs with 2.4G signal receiver built in, two softboxes, two diffuser nylon cloths, two tripods, and a remote to control those LED bulbs. Plus a huge duffle bag-style carry bag that neatly contains everything in. Perfect.Controls on the remote control are quite simple, one button for power all the way at the top left, one button for mode, and two up/down lever buttons to control brightness and softness of the light. This is demonstrated simply in the included video.Very simple overall, good strong light from these bulbs, and easy to control through the remote. Nothing more, nothing less. And really, don’t really see anything to complain about until you realize that Neewer has a product line of lights that are mobile app controllable, which in turn also means for the most part PC-controllable. This kit is strictly controllable through the 2.4G remote only, and only if you use their specialty bulbs. You could use other bulbs, but you lose the light control entirely.

They do what they say they’ll do.
First, I like them, they do what they say they’ll do. Second, you cannot beat this price. Third, they just don’t measure up to NEEWER quality that I’ve grown accustomed to. They do not pair or link with the NEEWER app, nor do they work with the included paired remote. They are basic in design but. they work well at a very good price, which I cannot complain about that.

Love these Lights! Really light up my Studio!
Love these lights! Exactly as pictured and really light up my dark Studio. I use them to photograph and video my art and also lights up my darker studio space! They work really well and have different settings for brightness, Warm/ Cool etc. Remote is also included! They come on an adjustable tripod stand too!

Remote didn’t work and it wasn’t the batteries
Remote control didn’t work, which makes the entire system sub-par. The equipment seemed decent enough, but without a working remote you’re left with extremely harsh lighting, even with the filters. Seller said they didn’t have extra remotes so I had to return the entire system. I’ll be looking for another brand.

The Neewer two pack of soft box lights include everything you need to get set up with good quality light.You get two sturdy and adjustable tripods, two photo LED buibs, two hoods and covers and a nice case to carry everything in.This pack includes a remote, making it easy to adjust intensity and temperature.The diffusion covers are held in place with four small pieces of hook and loop closures, which is not nearly enough. They attach on the sides of hood, but there should be fasteners on the corners as well to prevent light leaks when operated under a fan or outdoors with a breeze.These are an excellent value as you get two lights and hoods, and the remote, making it possible to photo or video nearly any scene.

I purchased this item listed as “New”; however, the package I received appears to be used or poorly repackaged. Upon inspection, I noticed that the internal boxes are perforated, and there are clear signs that the inner packaging has been previously opened and damaged.I have attached photos showing the condition of the boxes and the internal packaging for your reference.
