Volume could be louder. Otherwise, very pleased with this computer.
My only issue with this computer is that the volume doesn’t go as loud as my previous laptops. If I hold the edge of the keyboard case, it seems to increase the volume. Otherwise, I like it very much. Setup was straightforward.

Wife is happy with the 32gb ram boosted speedy apps and the pink color.Good price. Built of plastic, but that makes it lighter. If you need to carry it around, get a shell or a sleeve protector.Has enough ports for peripherals imo

I did Not get a New laptop
very disappointed when it arrived thinking I was getting a new laptop I received a box that has been opened before, as you can see in the picture of the nemo sticker that their is another one under it that was already opened. you can see the box had a peace of tape that was across the top opening flaps that was already removed.

Intermediate setup.
Not too bad of a laptop. However I will state that the battery life is short does not last very long. Even if you close the laptop and power it down and it had a full charge, when you turn it on it will have a drained most likely halfway. Aside from that, the speakers on this little thing are not very good at all. Medium to small ambient noise will block it out. I had to purchase a separate Bluetooth speaker and that thing is a beast on its own but that’s another review. I bought it for an all-around computer, few games here and there but mainly for work. I haven’t had any troubles with lag or anything like that, but I will say it’s not like snappy fast but it’s still pretty fast. The screen and startup doesn’t look like it’s from the 1950s so we’re good on the screen quality. Would recommend for people with light or medium use but I have not tested as far to see what this thing can do. Not too sure if I’m tech savvy to go that far.
