bought a 65 in and liked it so much decided to buy a smaller one for the studio, picture quality is outstanding, just wishthey offered a non glare screen on the 48 in as they do on the 65 in,

Haven’t had it very long. Previous Samsung had its leds fail. Samsung paid for replacement. They lasted about a year. I hope this one lasts longer than 4 years.Great picture, though. Set up was easy. Subscriptions and some passwords were saved to my Samsung account.

Product was supposed to be delivered to my place of choice with set up and trash taken and 5 year warranty, it was left in package room down the hill,I’m a 65 yr old disabled man, after lot of hard work and pain I got it in my apartment unboxed it set it up. NO PICTURE! Black screen with audio. I called Samsung they informed me Amazon would have to take care of. I call Amazon and got nothing but “if it don’t work return it”, I informed them of my physical problems and cound not return it myself,after a brief argument and a supervisor intervention it was agreed that UPS would pick it up it sat for two weeks, with fear paying for something that didn’t work I hired a man to help me take it to Staples. As for the 5 year warranty I was informed that was mootI won’t be ordering any big package item for Amazon again
