Terrible Quality – Shuts off randomly
Terrible monitor height adjustment non existent and terrible quality where the screen will randomly shut off and flicker. Not worth the money

Top Heavy for Plastic Flimsy Base
The base should be more sturdy.. This monitor arrived Friday the 31st and by Saturday the 1st the screen is toast.. One little wiggle of the desk it sat on and it came crashing forward and screen hit keyboard and now is no good.. The monitor is to top heavy for the plastic base..my suggestion to anyone buying this, is a double sided tape that base so it’s gonna stay.

The monitor has absolutely no sound. IF YOU THOUGHT LET ME JUST BUY THE CHEAPER ONE.DONT AND I REPEAT DONT DO IT IF YOU HAVE THE EXTRA 30 SPEND IT ON A MONITOR WORTH UR PESOSS MY GUY. I myself have another monitor also sansui 27inch curved that costed 120 and i dont regret it oneeee bittt. WHAT I DO REGRET IS GETTING THIS BAD GRAPHICS NO NOISE DOODOO

No instruction manual! Very difficult to adjust display settings! Joystick quit functioning!
There was no instruction manual included with this monitor! There are several settings that I could not figure out! I tried and tried for a few hours and could not for the life of me get it to look decent! The “joystick” used for the adjusting has quit functioning! The included picture is what I am stuck with until I am able to order another! This one will be returned as soon as the other arrives! I chose the brand Sansui because my dad was very fond of his vintage speakers he bought while he was in the Army in the early 70’s. I still have them and they still function! I am going to stick with the Sansui brand and give them another chance, but on a different model. For reference, the stats on the right, in the display pic, are supposed to be a dark green!

The color on this monitor is awful, do not buy
I ordered this monitor to be my second monitor for my computer set up. I was very disappointed in the quality of the color and picture. The color on this monitor is so insanely washed out that black can’t even be displayed, it is gray. I have tried multiple cords including some that do not cause issues with my other 2 monitors to no avail

Monitor displays “no signal” message everytime
Fully set up my computer just for the monitor not to work. I tried the HDMI cable and plugged it first into the graphics card area and it came up as “no signal” when turned on. Yes my input was on HDMI at this time. Then i changed it to the motherboard and tried again. “No signal” again. Yes the cables were fully plugged in at this time. I went and bought a DP cable to try and had the exact same issues. Yes I switched the input to DP during this and yes it still came up as “no signal”. Also, yes, the power adapter was completely plugged in during this whole thing. TLDR The monitor turns on when I turn on my PC just for me to get a “no signal message”, and i tried many different ways to troubleshoot it just to come to the conclusion that the issue was the monitor itself.

The hz isn’t adding up I will be returning! I ordered this monitor and it got delayed for a “quality inspection” and I had the choice to cancel and I should’ve! They sent me a monitor that doesn’t even offer 100 hz! Why did yall do this to me 🙁
