Why can’t I connect to the device via Bluetooth?
Please be sure that your mobile phone is Android 6.0+, or iOS 9.0+, scan the QR code displayed on the smart watch or tap “Add Device” in the Veryfit app to connect.
How do I charge the device?
Connect the device with the USB adapter via a USB cable, and plug it into a power outlet (ensure that the USB connector is correctly oriented).
How do I sync data?
Data is automatically synced when you open the VeryFit App. You can also swipe down on the message list on the App’s home screen to sync data.
How do I use message notifications?
(1) Ensure that the device is connected to your phone via Bluetooth.
(2) When you receive a message, the notification icon on the device displays the notification count. You can view the last 5 notifications that were received.
How can I replace the new band?

Perfect
A quick review: In short…this watch is perfect in every way. It is literally the best watch I have every owned. In fact I like it so much I purchased two more so I will always have one in case I damage or break one. ( I work in an industry that is very physically demanding ).I know most companies change designs every couple years and I do not want a different watch then this one. So I bought three of them ( two as back-up repalacements ). I also like how this watch has a custom fit screen protector and I bought two of those – they come in a three pack. The color is perfect – a nice blend of tan and beige. It also has an extra black body and band if I want change it to black. The band is high quality and fits and looks great…it is the style where the end tucks up under band which is perfect and comfortable. The watch faces are great with a nice selection. The watch and App work perfectly and it’s easy to use and set up. I don’t have any connection to the company…but I think this watch is perfect and I really did buy three of them so I will always have a replacement in case I damage one. Oh ya…I also receive comments at work on how nice it looks. Have a great day….

Good for the price
I like how long it holds charge, especially since I don’t wear mine on my work days (I have to wear gloves & cut sleeves so it wouldn’t be comfortable to wear & likely get damaged). But it’s nice to be able to track my swims and the Aquatic Center.

Ok. Calories and distance are way off
This watch is nice in appearance and counts steps correctly however the miles and calorie burn are extremely off. I bought it stricly for the steps counter so its ok with me for 10 dollars

I wanted a watch that I could use at my local pool where I walk that would count my steps and tell me if I had a text or phone call while I was in the pool, since I can’t take my phone in the water.It is not very user friendly and the instructions come printed in a very light mint green which is pretty, but hard to read. Once you download the app and get it started then you can access a file that has some instructions, this time in black. Some instructions. Again, not user friendly, it doesn’t fully explain itself. The app wants you to subscribe to a monthly plan, but I declined and just used the free version. The watch is large and not the most comfortable to wear. You have to keep it one finger width away from your hand but it felt very large. If it had worked I probably would have gotten used to it.You can change the watch face, and in the app you can tell it where you live and the watch will tell you the time and weather. It handled the pool really well and told me if I had a text or phone call.What it doesn’t do is tell you how many steps you take. It’ll remind you to walk more, so you get up and walk around, and it doesn’t recognize the movement. I thought that maybe it was just user error so I asked my techie husband to see what I was doing wrong. He tried for 2 hours to get it to work, even wearing it and moving at different speeds around the house. Nope. It wouldn’t work for him either.So I am sending this back to Amazon, and I’m grateful that they have such good customer service.

Packaging is simple and easy to open.The watch itself is just what I wanted. The face is large enough for me to read without my glasses, which has been an issue with several other smartwatches I have tried. The directions to pair and set up the watch are simple. You just upload the app and you are on your way to start the setup. I like the variety of exercises available to track. Indoor running and outdoor running and indoor swimming and outdoor swimming are some of the many options. I like that they differentiate between the exercises with more precision than other trackers I have tried.The price is very reasonable I have spent ten times as much on big name brands that have failed quickly or been so complicated to use that I didn’t enjoy them.As far as durability, I have not yet used it while swimming. That will be the true test.It has good features, some free downloads for a variety of clock faces, and some others that can be purchased for a minimal charge.I find it easy to navigate, which is most important for me. Not too complicated. Looks nice, band is comfortable and a very pretty light pinkish/coral color. I have not had it long enough to collect data for sleep tracking.The charging connector is magnetized and snaps into place so you don’t have to fiddle with trying to get the charger connected.The display is bright and can be adjusted and the font is readable, even without my glasses, which will be a huge plus when I am in the pool.
