Has an almost bewildering variety of settings. I spent considerable time experimenting to find the ideal settings for my particular purposes. Now I’m getting great pictures.Important to note. Some of the other reviews complain that the remote does not work, or stopped working. The fact is that the remote works fine, but it is very sensitive to its relative position to the light. Until I got used to that, I found myself waving the remote around as though I were searching for bars on a cell phone.

Great accessory for the lighting tool bag. This properly lights my subject, no more awkward shadow or harsh light. It comes with a shudder for you to diffuse the light. Attached via Velcro, making it easy to remove for quick adjustments.I like that the leg folds in on itself and allows you to tuck everything in a bag. Very lightweight and portable.
