Great Smart Ring, Stylish and Easy to Use
Just received it today and I really like it so far. The design is simple and stylish, and it feels comfortable to wear all day. The setup was easy and it connected to my phone quickly. I’ve started using the sleep and activity tracking features, and the data looks pretty clear and helpful.The charging case is also convenient, which is a nice bonus. Some time ago, I was looking for something to help me monitor my stress and sleep, and I came across this smart health ring that does its job both day and night. I loved the idea of wearing something so comfortable and stylish that could simultaneously track my stress levels and—at night—my sleep patterns. I wear it every day, and the best part is that, since I have an Android phone, I can easily connect it via Bluetooth. I’m actually thinking about buying another one for my partner. I purchased the rose gold version, but it comes in several different colors, so you can choose the one that suits you best.

Size down, okay for generic version
Sizing chart is off. I measured and purchased according to their chart ring was so large I had to exchange it for the smaller size, so size down from what the chart says. The app is pretty simple and works well.I haven’t noticed my low battery alert working.it doesn’t track a work out until after a half hour. No way to add your own work out after, also no way to adjust your sleep times. I initially purchased it for counting steps so it’s good for that

Great alternative to smart watches

It tracks sleep, blood pressure, blood oxygen, steps, heart rate, and even your menstrual cycle.The design is sleek and comfortable enough to wear all day. It charges quickly and the battery lasts for several days, which is a huge plus. I did size up from what I’d normally wear on that finger to account for the ring’s thickness and typical summer swelling, and that worked out perfectly.Overall, I’m really happy with this ring—it’s been great for keeping up with all my health tracking.
