Waste of money
Don’t waste your money on this. I bought it thinking it would be a great dupe and much cheaper and it’s basically an expensive piece of plastic. It does not have any of the features that it claims to, the measurements are not accurate (I’m a nurse so I compared measurements), it has not tracked sleep at all the last two nights I have worn it, even after troubleshooting and fully charging during the day. The only thing it does (maybe) is track steps which are also probably inaccurate because it said I had 58 steps when I first put it on and I was standing in one place reading the instructions. Don’t buy this. 0/10 would not recommend.

I’m very impressed with the AYOOL Smart Ring Health & Fitness Tracker. It tracks sleep very well and helps me keep an eye on my heart rate and blood pressure trends without needing a subscription. The data is easy to understand, and the ring is comfortable enough to wear all day and night. For the price, it’s very cost-effective and efficient. The smart ring that I ordered was exactly as it was described in the ad. Unfortunately, for me, it was too small. So I contacted the company and they were very kind enough to send me a size bigger at no cost to me and allowed me to keep the original ring that I had shipped to me in the first place. They are a company with very good customer service. They care about their customers unlike most companies nowadays. I would recommend them to anyone to purchase items from. They will take care of you. I will definitely be buying from them again in the future.
