Great value, great audio (even without the subwoofer)
We now have two of them. Plug and play.Great sound quality. One of our installations doesn’t even need the subwoofer (save electricity too) the bass is so good. However, the bluetooth connections to the two subwoofers cross-connect. One subwoofer plays the audio from the OTHER TV. We’re trying various solutions found on the web for re-pairing the bluetooths.THe supplied HDMI cord is short – we have to turn the soundbar upside down to have the HDMI jack to be nearest to the cable chase going to the TV. It works fine, just a little odd to have the LED display lettering upside down.If it bothers us enough, we’ll buy a new longer HDMI cord.

Easy listening
The sound quality is excellent for the price. Voices are nice and clear while watching movies, songs have a nice bass punch to them. The sub woofer and it’s placement is very important to make this soundbar satisfying, I moved it around and found a sweet spot in my living room. The remote sub works well, no problems connecting so far. The sound bar although not frequency adjustable (only bass) has the pleasant Sony sound balance to it. I have it tied to Hisense 65 inch tv, in a medium sized living room. Which is more than enough for music listening and TV/movies. Using the Arc HDMI controls the volume on my TV’s remote. Blue tooth works just fine on Spotify, I control the volume on my phone. My soundbar was refurbished, came with all the install hardware, it has no scratches or dents and works just fine. I am happy with this purchase. I do hope it is durable and lasts a long time.

Nice but could’ve been treated better
It came in two boxes tapped together. I opened it and thought the contents would be in about that said Sony. It was wrapped and tapped in bubble wrap and the box was stuffed with packing paper. Gave the impression it maybe used. The wires came in a Ziplock bag with a sticker on it. The remote has mixed batteries. The subwoofer had some damage. I was praying it worked. There’s no user guide luckily I’m pretty tech savvy and figured it out. It works good and sounds good.

Manufactured E-Waste
They don’t tell you when you buy it, but they are not compatible with adding more speakers.I purchased these speakers even knowing there were no mids because I planned on adding surroundsound down the line.Well, we’re down the line and I’m out of the return window and can’t add new speakers… Thanks Sony.

Perfect Home Theater Set
Saw this at costco but ended up getting it from Amazon. I find it perfect for a small to medium size room (10×10 to 20×20 size room) to get the perfect feel of the bass. Just keep in mind that controls are very limited compared to other set up or a higher end set. No EQ only bass control of how much you want of it. There is a voice button on the remote, it’s just to increase/make the voice from the movies more pronounced. Other than that, this is more than enough for our gym set up. Decided on this vs. getting 2 sonos speakers for $379 and this was a hundred and bass is wayyyyyyy louder than those two little speaker. So good value for the money 💯

Sounds great!
Bought this for my new garage TV. I am beyond impressed. It sounds great! I even link my phone to it sometimes. I can jam out while working in the garage or in the driveway. I would buy it again….

Not so great sound
Bass heavy sound without highs. I do not recommend it for music but works for movies. Still much better than tiny built in TV speakers and good value for the money, especially if you buy a factory refurbished product.
