Great sound system with great customer service!
I did my research to find an exceptional soundbar/subwoofer combination for a reasonable price. I found it in the Assistrust model KY-8000E! I ruled out overpriced brands like Sonos and Bose and discovered the Assistrust brand on Amazon. I love the sound quality especially after I split the soundbar into two separate standing speakers. The subwoofer really added a deeper bass to the overall sound. I unplugged it and tried the system with the two speakers only. The sound was OK this way but the active subwoofer added a “thumping” surround sound without needing an external amplifier. The set up was fairly easy and the remote worked well according to the instructions that are included. Overall, I am very pleased with my purchase. Now, for the rest of the story… I tried to set my system to the ARC mode and had no success. I contacted Assistrust Support and promptly received troubleshooting ideas including trying out a different audio mode. I chose the Optical connection which worked very well. I replied that I was satisfied with this outcome and thought that was the end of it and could write a review. Then, I examined the included ARC cable which turned out to be HDMI and not ARC. I then tried the ARC cable from another soundbar and it connected to the ARC mode perfectly. I preferred this mode instead of the Optical. I contacted Support again requesting the proper ARC cable to be sent to me. The representative expedited a cable replacement which I received the following day. In sum, this company provided me an excellent product and superior customer service as well! I definitely recommend this brand and I was not given any remuneration for my review.

Excellent Soundbar for the Price – Great for TV, PC, and Gaming!
I’ve been using this 60W soundbar for week now, and I’m genuinely impressed. Setup was quick and easy with multiple connection options – I’ve tried both Bluetooth and the Optical input, and both worked flawlessly. The ARC and AUX ports are a bonus for flexibility.The sound quality is clear and powerful for its size. It delivers a noticeable upgrade from my TV’s built-in speakers, especially when watching movies or gaming. I love the Auto Volume Boost feature – it helps keep dialogue at a consistent level without sudden jumps during action scenes.The three EQ modes (Music, Movie, and Game) actually make a difference and let you customize your experience based on what you’re doing. Another cool feature is the detachable design – you can use it as a traditional soundbar or split it into two tower-style speakers, which I found useful for my PC setup.Overall, it’s a fantastic value for the money. Remarkable – Intelligent system
Excellent engineering. Clean design that looks really good and is unobtrusive to the viewing eye. Setup was simple and straight forward. Literally impossible to do it wrong. Sound quality superb from the get go. Options for voice, news movies etc. via the remote control clearly displayed. The value here is incontrovertible. I have one suggestion: FOR customers with less than perfect eyesight, increase the font size in the booklet.

Very decent bang for the buck
First these are not audiophile quality but would not expect to be at the price really. The 110w is utter nonsense since the power brickonly provides 75 watts of power.I was surprised how heavy the package was so the speakers have some decent magnets and coils. Volume can get quite loud without distortion.High end is a bit lacking. Not badly but they definitely don’t sparkle. That might be the BT, and sound better with a direct commenting.If your primary use is TV they are very adequate. If mostly music spend a little more.Very easy set up. It defaults to BT pairing at initial power up.

Great sound quality and easy set up
I got this soundbar to use with a new 55 inch tv that has a great picture but not so great sound. Good decision – the sound bar has far better sound quality than the tv. Unlike soundbars that I have had in the past, this device can be connected so that I can control it’s volume with my tv remote. It was very easy to set up – all of the instructions for different connections are printed on the back of the soundbar. It also comes with all of the cables that you might need, including an optical cable that I have had to buy for other devices. A neat feature is that it can be used as a conventional soundbar, or it can be separated into 2 standing speakers – I’m currently trying out both setup to see which I like best. It connects easily to bluetooth, so I also use it to play music from my iphone.
