BUY THIS! It saved my kindle!
VERY EASY to apply! Much easier than like items I’ve tried. A friend told me that it’s a techy kind of glass that’s somewhat flexible. The pack comes with numerous adhesive strips for one to hold onto it while positioning. No bubbles or wrinkles, easy to apply accurately.I dropped my four year old kindle and the screen broke in a spider web. I didn’t want to replace it because I love its expensive charging base. I used the kindle for a few days while I waited for this screen shield but the kindle had spots dead to my stylus.I put this on my kindle easily and quickly and it saved my screen: stabilized the cracks and restored the dead spots. After several weeks of daily use the kindle is still fully functional.It’s more smudge resistant and makes less glare than the native screen.I’m so pleased that I bought it for my Macbook, too.

good product and performs well
After reading all the reviews for many different coverings I decided to try this out. It applied well and the screen is still responsive. I have applied other coverings to other devices in the past. This product went on easily and without any bubbles. The secret for me was to make sure it was aligned properly before peeling the covering and applying it slowly being careful to remove all the bubbles as they came up. And very few bubbles actually formed. Good product, fast delivery and good price

Good fit, great value, useless application card
I have three Fire HD 8 devices so this three pack was just what I needed. There are included application instructions although the first thing you are told to do is go online to watch an installation video. Included with the screen protectors is a cleaning cloth and card to smooth out air bubbles. That card is useless – it is basically heavy paper stock, not plastic, and didn’t work at all so plan to pull out a credit card for that part of the installation. Installation is pretty straightforward – just take your time and clean your device carefully before starting. I will say that one of the three protectors still has a line of air pockets around the bottom bezel and no amount of smoothing has helped. It is barely noticeable since it is not in the screen area when the device is turned on so while I am not thrilled I can live with it. Even with the useless card I am still giving this five stars since the protectors fit my device well and the three pack is a great value.

Surprisingly Difficult Install
I don’t typically write product reviews but I wanted to add to the number of reviews complaining about a difficult install.There are two reasons for this imo: essentially no tools to assist with the install and the screen cover is flimsy.What you get inside the box is three screen covers, a piece of cardboard to help remove air bubbles and a small microfiber cloth. In comparison to other screen protectors I’ve purchased over the years this is oddly minimal. At the very least most will provide alcohol wipes and stickers to assist with the install. I ended up using isopropyl alcohol on a rag to at least prep the Kindle screen for the screen covers.My first attempt was a fail. I simply tried to remove the backing and hope that I lined things up correctly but there were too many air bubbles that I could not remove so I discarded that one.My second attempt I tried to use tape on the side of the Kindle to hold the cover in place. Once the backing was off I lowered the screen cover down into position and then swiped my finger across the middle from left to right to hopefully minimize air bubbles (this technique has worked well with iPad screen covers I’ve purchased). Oddly, due to the flimsy nature of these Kindle screen covers my left to right swipe created a massive air bubble on the right side which took some time to remove.I ended up with a somewhat successful second attempt with a few air bubbles I gave up on (I’m sure my 6 year old won’t notice).Overall an annoying experience. It seems due to the age of the Kindle model we have options are limited (2017 edition). I wasted one screen cover due to trial and error and only have 1 remaining.
