Why does the remote control not working？
1.IR signal receiver is hidden during installation.
2. Did not removed the battery protect film when using the remote.
3. The remote not point at the IR receiver when using.
Can I cut the light strip?
Yes, the light strip can cut in each pads of the led strip.

LED lights great for various projects
Had a retro looking clock with neon lighting. the neon tubes went bad. I removed the bad neon tubes and used these as a replacement. They work great and the clock looks better than original.

Works great as underglow for my toolbox. Nice and bright and vibrant colors. App is not proprietary to the lights so it’s easy to work with and takes 3 minutes to setup

Sci-Fi your home
I’ve tried a lot of different LED strips and this one for sure is the best one in every facet. The remote is good, the connection from wall outlet to the LED strip actually clicks into place and isnt loose. The LEDs are high density and bright which looks absolutely fantastic. The app it uses is Tuya which is definitely better than some of the other apps ive used from Brizlabs and Govee. I can link strips into groups and still control them individually. I’ve bought a few of these now and when I open the app after plugging a new strip in, the new strip is automatically detected in the app. This is how technology should work – its actually crazy how many LED strips have trash software. I definitely recommend this for anyone looking to sci-fi up their home

I love this light . Hate the fact that I have to pay for the app
The light is great! Remote is the way I control it because the app costs money. I opted not to download, but when I get the second one, I think I’ll just bite the bullet.Now granted, the shelves are gray and the walls are a gray-ish blue, but even in the “white “ mode, they appear very blue. In this setting, I feel like I’m under water.I do wish it was more white, but I love it so much, I’ll be ordering another for the bottom shelfUpdate ~ still love the lights, but the second one that I ordered has a flaw. One small section is hot pink, instead of being consistent with the rest of the strand, notice that spot. I’m willing to live with it, given the placement. Odd, but I like odd.Remote doesn’t work for both streams, but the app controls both. Which I learned, works off Smart Life app. I would change from 4 to 5 stars if it wasn’t for the hot pink section

I have been on a mission to replace under counter strip lights that must only have a four year lifespan. After ordering 5 different sets of LED lights, funny cream across the term a CO B which means continuous bulbs I guess. Anyway, much brighter, much better quality. Out of 3 COB light strips, this is hands-down the best! Easy simple remote. Don’t have to go through 1000 steps on my cell phone to program it to just change to red or to dim.Not only would I recommend but I’m going back to get a second strip. (I use my old iPhone X for this photo so it’s not as bright in the photo as irl.

You’ll Regret It!
I’m very disappointed with this product! The set up went smoothly to start with until I turned it on.I set this up with two branches lighting up my basement stairs. I checked each branch before permanently installing the lights. I did not use the remote or controller I just made sure the lights would operate. Both branches lit up white.After the install I tried the remote as soon as I turned it on one branch was white and the other green. I pressed the Red button on the remote and the lights turned green, pressing the Green button the lights turned red, the blue button gave the right color but one branch was light and the other dark. moving on the White button took me back to one branch white and the other green. The Orange button turned the lights green, the dark green button greenish yellow and the dark red button made one branch Lt Blue and the other greenish blue.Seems the controller is a tad bit confused! I downloaded the Tuya app only to find it gives the same results.I didn’t have enough length to replace the one bad branch, so I cut a section of the bad branch and soldered it to what I had left then checked it and installed it. Voila! Both branches are the same color even when I press the different buttons. The colors are still wrong though!Anyway, Amazon gave me my money back without without shipping the product back. Only thing now, I’m stuck searching for a product that will actually do what it says it will!.

Easy to install and use, good price point
Built a home bar and installed one of these on each side of the refrigerator under the counter. Easy to install. Easily downloaded the app and it works seemleasly with the lights – both sets at once. Also able to run them together with one remote.
