ENGINEERED AS GEAR, NOT JUST A SPEAKER — As an all-aluminum magnetic Bluetooth speaker, TRAVOR sets a new standard for outdoor audio equipment. While ordinary portable Bluetooth speakers struggle with rugged use, by combining a rugged wireless speaker design with structural metal strength, TRAVOR solves the challenges of rugged terrain and extreme weather, and extends multiple outdoor functions in a single, reliable device. This is not a mini speaker, built as field-ready gear.
EXTREME DURABILITY FOR ANY ENVIRONMENT — TRAVOR weighs 3.09 pounds, housing a CNC-machined aluminum body with a reinforced internal frame. This rugged outdoor speaker replaces fragile plastic with future-forward metal construction, ensuring every gram contributes to real durability. The result is a compact yet solid wireless speaker with a reassuringly sturdy feel in hand—built for overlanding expeditions, campsites, and outdoor job sites.
SNAP. MOUNT. PLAY. TOTAL PLACEMENT FREEDOM — Featuring a powerful magnetic mount, this portable magnetic speaker instantly attaches to golf carts, grills, and other ferrous surfaces. When space is limited, snap it onto a RV fridge or metal panel to free up your table while keeping music or audiobooks within reach. From cooking in the kitchen to BBQ, picnics, and cookouts, TRAVOR adapts easily to both indoor and outdoor moments.
IP68 WATERPROOF & DUSTPROOF, READY FOR THE ELEMENTS — Built to handle rain, mud, and full submersion, this IP68 waterproof speaker is made for real outdoor conditions. Its solid weight and anti-slip silicone base keep the portable Bluetooth speaker stable on wet or uneven surfaces. Ideal as a shower speaker for bathrooms, the durable metal body rinses clean easily after sand, dust, or splashes—perfect for fishing, riverbanks, and beach days.
BOLD SOUND, TUNED FOR INDOORS AND OUTDOORS — The TRAVOR Hi-Fi speaker features a 3-driver acoustic architecture designed for clarity beyond typical portable speakers. A hard-dome tweeter delivers crisp highs, an aluminum-magnesium midrange driver provides balanced detail, and a passive radiator reinforces deep, controlled bass. BassUp mode can be activated outdoors for boosted volume and bass that remains clear even in open air.
POWER, LIGHT, AND RELAXATION IN ONE DEVICE — TRAVOR’s 25-hour battery keeps the music going—even when outlets are nowhere in sight. Multi-mode LED lighting adds ambient illumination, adjustable atmosphere, and SOS signaling for outdoor safety. Built-in sleep sounds help meditation create a calm environment during long trips, overlanding adventures, or remote campsite stays.
TWS & AURACAST MULTI-SPEAKER EXPANSION — TRAVOR easily connects to phones, TVs, laptops, and tablets for music, movies, and podcasts. Pair two speakers via TWS (True Wireless Stereo) to achieve left-right channel separation and wider stereo sound for home movie night. With auracast connectivity, you can link multiple TRAVOR speakers simultaneously for large backyard gatherings, parties, or multi-room setups. More speakers, more memorable moments.
METEORITE GRAY: KROCX ANCHOR COLOR — Inspired by the raw, unyielding surface of deep-space rock, Meteorite Gray features a hidden metallic grain forged into a high-density finish. Under changing light, it shifts between cool graphite and muted steel, maintaining a matte but reflective surface. Solid, balanced, and built for reliability — a grounded finish that fits naturally into any environment, built for precision.

    Sounds extremely good
I saw mainly reviews from vine customers who got the free product. If you are like me and wondering if it’s actually worth it, allow me to inform you, that it’s actually very much worth it. I did not buy two units, nor am I an audiophile. I was looking for good quality speakers that had range and potency and that would cover a wide area. These speakers do not ever disappoint. They are loud, the bass sounds impressive and the mids and lows come through nicely. I used it at a picnic with friends and family and can tell you that with the bass boost on (recommended for outdoors) it was loud enough that I had to move it away from the group so that people could still carry a conversation. Battery does last, and the unit is hefty but it feels very well built. If you are looking for a comparison to the ranger from turtlebox, know that this unit has a woofer and twitter and dedicated bass speaker. The other unit has only a 2” woofer. The sound on these are far more precise and crisp than the other. Loudness wise, they are very comparable. There are many options in the market but if you look at these, get one with confidence, because you will be amazed. If you live in an apartment, be ready to get complaints if you have this unit at more than 40% volume.

    Excellent Speaker
Wow just wow! This thing sounds great! Needed for beach as don’t want to take our 2 Bose Revolve Sound links to the beach. I now have to get a second to pair them like we do our Bose. But serious folks this sounds better than our Bose Sound Links. Really does. I had purchased a couple of cheapies ones for beach some years ago that only lasted a year or so. Oh and these are hefty with weight. Made to take a beating and last ur appears. Don’t hesitate and get off the fence and get one or two. Great product!

    Great for indoor use too
Even though this is sold as an outdoor speaker, I actually use it indoors as a speaker for my turntable. The sound is unbelievable. I plan on buying another one and hook it up to this speaker. You can actually hook connect up to 100 of these speakers around your house. This feature is one of its selling points. You won’t be disappointed.

Heavy Duty – Good Attention to Detail – Sound is Track Dependent
Nice box and packaging. Great manual. Good attention to design aesthetics. I like the dark gray and orange combination. The orange could come in handy if you’re using it while camping, or really anywhere. It’s relatively compact, though quite heavy – which is justified if it can survive beatings as advertised. These can kick out some bass. Often, it’s not particularly well differentiated, and there can be some bass boominess, but it is highly song dependent, more so than other speakers I’ve used in this segment. That is key. Sometimes it’s controlled and sounds surprisingly good, for example, the acoustic bass on a straight-ahead jazz track, and sometimes, it can overtake the lows, and do some obscuring of the presentation of the music. It would be nice if there was a step control for the bass, rather than just a bass boost button. To be honest, I don’t think a passive radiator design is the best choice for this kind of speaker. Better to make it bigger and/or have a dedicated woofer. And then there’s podcasts and other voice only recordings. It’s not great in that area, for the bass reasons just mentioned – that can make it hard to hear what’s being said (which also varies by recording) – but also because there is more sibilance than there needs to be. It could be a quality of parts issue, implementation, or both, but it’s a little worse than some other speakers I’ve owned and heard in this price category. On the other hand you do get some air on the top end in music tracks that other speakers don’t do as well. On the third hand, the highs can also reach into shrill territory. Again, this is extremely recording dependent. Oh, I should also mention that the passive radiator design will change the bass depending on speaker placement. The sound (and experience of volume) will change the closer the back is to an object. If you’re using the magnetic mount, it’s right up against something. Which brings us back to it being highly recording dependent, because, depending on the recording, it could help or hurt. On balance, there is too much sibilance for me (especially on podcasts and voice only recordings) and a tendency to err on the shrillness of high highs, but some people might not be as sensitive to it, so YMMV.The light options aren’t bad. It would be nice if the white light was dimmable. I like that there are different modes, and one of them will flash and cycle the lights in time with the music. Probably won’t use it much, but it’s there if you want it. The LEDs are strong enough that you don’t want to look directly at them. The “Sleep” sounds are pretty intense. The thunder sound is wild. It sounds like you’re in a war zone. Yeah, I can’t say any of the sounds were particularly soothing, but, again: YMMV.The controls aren’t bad, but you either have to grip the speaker to use them or hold the speaker on the other side as you push – unless the speaker is resting on it’s side. The handle has it’s pros and cons. It’s nice to have the handle in the top position to pick up with just a finger. Though because it’s fixed in place, it takes up space. It also has a lanyard attachment point on the bottom, which is a thoughtful addition.Coincidentally, I had the opportunity to order two of these speakers, so I was able to test the TWS And Auracast. They work. The connection procedure is a little fiddly though. It seems like there has to be a way to streamline that. TWS allows you two use two speakers in stereo and auracast enables you to use multiple speakers (in i guess mono) all playing from the same source, e.g., your phone.Very nice touch including the 20W power adapter – which also fast charges my Samsung phone.Nitpicks (and more than nitpicks):The manual says, “illuminated buttons for easy operation at night” but the only control that stays lit on both of mine is the power button. It’s missing an aux input. That may not matter to most people, but I like to have the option.Even though it’s fairly substantial, the USB C cover seems like a potential weak point to keep it waterproof, but not sure. Maybe it ‘s fine. I could see it not being pushed in quite all the way before it was submerged and that being a problem. The magnets should be a little stronger. It wants to slide down on some metal surfaces. Sometimes it will stop and sometimes it will keep sliding, to a greater or lesser extent.Nice that it can act as a charger, but for something this size that’s already heavy, why not throw in a bigger battery? That would give it more playing time and make for a more powerful charger. Also, the battery doesn’t seem to be replaceable. In the final analysis, they offer a lot of bang for the buck – especially if you’re looking for a speaker that can hold up to serious abuse. The top of my list is sound quality, so, for me, I’d probably go with something else if I was spending this much money on a portable Bluetooth speaker. There are speakers of equal cost, but sound better overall and are waterproof, but, they may not hold up to being run over with a truck. if you can live with the sound characteristics I mentioned, it really just depends on your priorities. I should also mention, many reviews seem to love the sound quality and didn’t notice any of the issues I did. I have to admit to having some audiophile tendencies, so your results definitely may vary.

This is a very solidly built bluetooth speaker with great sound and when you press the bass button it sounds amazing.i have several bluetooth speakers but over the last month this has become the only one i am using. Its solid metal body gives it great protection with stylish cut outs either side over the speakers and a carry handle at the top.Connection on all of my devices has been very straight forward….. just power on and look for KROCX-TRAVOR in the available devices list.It has a timer function and a small strip light on one side which strobes through coloured lights.the bumper rings at the top and bottom have a magnet built in (on one side only) and this securely attaches to a metal surfaceMost of all i am so happy with the sound quality at high volume levels… and this does give great volume levels with punchy bass and nice top ends cutting through clearly. For what you get the speaker is priced very reasonably, £149.99 at the time of this review…. i have definitely paid more for a bluetooth speaker that is not as good as this in either quality or sound.I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this unit.+++AAA

  10. Customer Review

This KROCX Travor BT Speaker surprised me with few things. It is solidly built – it is rather heavy and looks like a speaker enclosed in a cage. But despite the first appearance of a bulky and heavy speaker, once I connected it I was nicely surprised with quality of sound.BT connectivity is simple – comes up under its Krocx name and connects immediately to any of my music playing devices. No delays, no dropping signal. BT version is 5.4 in this speaker.Very easy to use and I appreciate the plastic cover has all the functions listed alongside buttons – fairly easy to remember what is what after taking the cover off. There’s multitude of functions:- sleep noises/sounds – 7 to chose from that also have a timerof up to 60min and then they switch off- various light modes, including themes of party, lightning mode or sos. I like the party mode, makes things more funThe speaker also has TWS (true wireless stereo) if you have a second Krocx speaker. What I got interested in is the Auracast broadcast function which allows a single audio source to broadcast audio streams to an unlimited number of nearby BT receivers without the need of pairing. I haven’t worked out yet if it about other devices too or relates only to Krocx. There are 4 dots of LED lights indicating battery levels which is useful when you want to charge a phone, for example.I like the fact that Krocx’s charging cable is long! (comes with own plug). It is heavy (1.4kg) speaker but with amazing magnets – my one is currently attached to my fridge!Waterproof – and apparently you can rinse it of if it’s dirty thanks to IP68 waterproof technology. Didn’t try it yet ad won’t on purpose. But what’s most important is the amazing sound. You can really turn the volume up and it is loud without losing the nice clear and crispy sound. It is 45W speaker so not surprising re: volume power. The bass function also works very well – I think the best out of the speakers I have (and I have a couple of solid audio brands). In terms of charging -it came fully charged but according to the booklet (very informative) 10min of charging will allow it to play for 2.5hrs which is impressive. Overall, on a full charge it can play up to 25hrs. This is good in my books. Not the cheapest at £149.99 but worth the money.

This review is for the item listed as “Outdoor BT Speaker, IP68 Waterproof Speaker with Rugged CNC Full-Metal Body, Magnetic Portable Wireless Speakers, 25H Playtime for Camping, RV Living, Beach Party, TRAVOR, Desert Champagne”It’s currently listed for £149.99 on Amazon UK. I received this for free so I can give an impartial review under the Vine programme. This is a very impressive bit of kit. 1.5kg in weight and with a very solid metal body. IP68 rated against water. And it’s loud. Really loud!I’m no audiophile but I cranked this up loud with some rock and roll and it certainly sounded good to me – strong bass and clear trebel.I’ve had other outdoor ‘boom box’ type speakers before but this is clearly the most rugged and robust ever. I can’t easily test the longevity of the battery but so far in testing it really lasts. And it can charge my phone too – but only when the speaker is turned off I found. The lights seem to be a bit of a gimmick but I’m sure some will like that feature.Pros:- Very loud- Audio seems good to a non-autophile- Power input is fast at 30W on my laptop charger, though included charger is 20W max.- Supports reverse charging (when speaker is off)- Magnet to attach to metalwork (maybe a bit of a novelty)Cons:- Very heavy!- Not cheap compared to others on the market

I have tried to find some faults in this portable speaker but to be honest it is hard to find any. The build quality is absolutely amazing. When you get it in your hands it feels strong tough and robust for any serious damage. It is quite heavy and bulky but it is very good looking too. The “grill” for speakers is designed really cool with nice cut outs and the frosted finish of this gray ISH paint looks good too. Red top and bottom makes really nice contrast in colours and adds some nice look to it.Handle is strong and it doesn’t feel like it will fell off suddenly. On the bottom you have some hook to attach it to a ceiling or wall or anything you like and if that’s not enough one side is magnetic that holds metal objects really strong.Buttons to operate this speaker are nicely big and easy to operate and connecting it to a mobile is very easy and effortless. So how about sound quality? I was surprised that the sound came out from both sides with different tones on each side. It seems like it has different speaker for high, mid and low tones which makes sense because it is very loud and the sound is really good. Obviously this has some limitations of the size and robust construction but the sound is surprisingly loud and crisp. However, at higher volumes it doesn’t hold the sound quality too well but it is at very top end of the volume only which in most cases I won’t use it at that levels anyway. You have some extra connectivity if you would like to connect more than one speaker and some bassup option to make it louder when using outside. As for now battery lasts for a while and charging doesn’t take too long so definitely will be fine for evenings.Overall, I love this speaker as it is not only good looking but also very good quality in regards to sound and build quality.

This speaker feels quite light when held from the handle but feels solid and very well made. It weighs about 1.4kg. I love the grill design, looks modern and has a tough rugged look to it. It is easy to pair to your phone, once Bluetooth is on you will see it listed as Krocx Travor. The Bluetooth does take a few seconds to connect which I feel could be quicker. One of the buttons says BASS which when pressed sets the setting as either indoor/outdoor. It has a button shaped as a triangle that allows you to connect to another Krock speaker and then one will act as a left channel and the other as the right one. You can sync up to more than one speaker. The + button is used to increase volume or keep pressed and it will skip to next track. The – button is used to decrease volume or keep pressed and it will go back to previous track. You also have a lighting button that turns the strip of light on the side on or long press for the light to move to the sound. Keep pressed for 8 seconds and it activates the SOS light mode. It also has a sleep button when pressed will play sounds to help you sleep and there are 7 to choose from. These turn off after 60 mins in case you fall asleep before then. One side of the speaker will attach itself like a magnet to metal surfaces like a fridge, ladder, cars and the magnet is very strong but only on one side. It is IP68 waterproof and can handle dusty environments. The sound quality is really good quality and the lights enhance the experience. The sound comes out from the two different grill sides and one side has more bass and the other is more a clearer sound.Overall this is a good rugged speaker that is very portable, great for days out, camping, BBQ’s and more. Currently priced at £149.99
