Feonal 12 Inch Tablet Review Twice the product at half the cost
Feonal 12 inch Tablet reviewSo..I started looking for a tablet that I could use to read my e-books, occasionally surf the web, and check Facebook and Youtube. I was hesitant to purchase a brand I have not heard of before.I was watching cost, and when I saw this Tablet with twice as much storage and ram at half the price of the major competitors “plus” series, it really drew me in. This tablet has 256GB of storage that is expandable to 1TB, the same Helio G99 processor as the major brands, same 2K screen resolution, 8 GB of ram and an addition 8GB of expandable. ( I am not a tech guy but if I can get another 8 gb of ram somehow I am in!) I decided to give this a try and purchased the additional 2 yr. warranty offered.The item was overnight shipping from Amazon and arrived on time. Packaging from Amazon was a little sparse but the item itself arrived in excellent condition.The Feonal box is professional looking and wrapped in cellophane. Opening the box everything was packaged well and looked like any major brand item. ( This is important to me as it shows the company cares about its packaging and appearance as a brand. )I was surprised to find the tablet ships with a screen protector already attached and a spare one in the box.The directions for startup were easy to follow and the process went smooth. The tablet linked to my Google account and setup went quick. I did notice it comes shipped with Android 15.Once I was up and running, I first wanted to see the actual components. I ran a CPU check and was happy to see it is the actual processor advertised, and the same as the more expensive competitor. The ram and screen were also good. I did run a refresh rate test and the tablet runs at 60hz.For a real world test, I went to YouTube and found a 4K video of an aquarium. The video is vibrant and clear, colors are excellent. Next was a 4k video of Vermont in the fall. Autumn colors again and vibrant and clear.The music played on the Tablet sounds very good. Again, I am not a tech guy with the latest gadgets to measure sound, but I know what I like and this does the job.The wifi has been working great. All my apps are loaded and run without an issue. I was able to connect the tablet directly from YouTube to my Hisense Tv with no problem and the Bluetooth connects with my hearing aids so I can use them as headphones when needed.As for the camera, they claim 13MB for the rear and 8MB for the front. My phone has much better camera specs so I continue to use that. I tested the front camera on a Meet call and it had the quality I would expect from a tablet. I don’t have all the fancy lighting and sound equipment, but I am sure this would work fine for work calls and family video chats. The front camera is mounted on the top for landscape or side for portrait. If you like video calls in portrait mode, it is a little odd having to look to the side for the camera.I originally had an issue with the pressure needed to scroll across the tablet or press the touchscreen. I emailed Feonal customer service and explained the issue. Within 8 hours, I had a reply asking for the specs of my tablet stating that their engineers would create a fix for my issue. 12 hours later, an update appeared on my notifications and the fix made. The tablet is now very responsive to my touch. I have never had a computer company respond that quickly and custom make a fix for my issue. They also made sure to sign me up for the one year warranty program that I neglected to do. I am very pleased with the customer service I received.Overall, I highly recommend this tablet. With the Holiday season approaching, I would buy this sooner then later as the price and quality are worth it. Money is tight for everyone, and getting twice the storage and ram at half the cost, makes this tablet worth purchasing. Customer service is excellent and you are getting a quality product.

A piece of junk! Throttling problems and unresponsive keys. Wasted money on this crap of a tablet. Returning. Don’t buy this, invest in a Samsung instead to save your money and aggravation.

Premium tablet, great value
I will NEVER buy used from Amazon. The tablet i got was completely dead. Didn’t charge or even boot up. Word to the wise, stay away from used at all costs. Feonal is a great product itself just brand new. Still looking to replace my tablet…

I’m not very happy
I’m having issues with this tablet. When I try to type, it won’t hold the keyboard up for me to type certain games won’t login and I keep getting errors. I guess I need to play with it a bit more to see what’s going on with it. But basically I’m not happy with it.
