Bad Quality Control But Good Customer Service
Not too happy. The light does work, but there’s a dim section that looks bad and lowers the overall lumen output. Normally this wouldn’t annoy me too much as faulty devices do happen from time to time. The reason that I find this unacceptable though is that this one was obviously returned before since the cardboard on the box had been torn from being opened before, and they closed it back up with packaging tape. People are returning faulty equipment and the units are getting put right back out to the next unsuspecting sap. Bad quality control.Edit: The company saw my review and sent me a free replacement light which was fully functional. I commend them for doing this, but the issue still remains with Amazon being a less than reliable middleman in possibly sending out faulty, previously-returned equipment, so I upgraded the 1 star review to a 4 star. The seller at least seems to have integrity though.
