Awesome PC!
I’m new to the PC genre. Great performance and the graphics card is great as well. Super quiet. I like the Alienware app and that it allows for you to customize your RGB lights to whatever game you play as well. I’m satisfied!

Great PC so fast good price when bought during holiday sale
Plug n play , had it up and running within 15 minutes ( and that was mainly the software upgrades ) which were actually fast .I don’t play hardcore games just WOW and path of exile type games and this is perfect .Been using a laptop for awhile so was time to jump back into a PC . I’ve had it a week and it then so smoothe and quiet .I haven’t really customized it too much yet , but because it was on sale , and I have a Amazon card I figured I’d just buy a pre built because it’s affordable this way only like $200 a month .For anyone that a mid tier gamer and doesn’t mess with building pc , this is the way to go , I’d sit for blsck Friday tho !!!! Cheers

Great PC that handles just about anything.
Overall Great PC.Pros:Performance is amazingStays cool even after a few hours play time.Is able to run just about any game or high stress software with minimum issue. And has just the right amount of RGB lights to not be to annoying.Cons:The included keyboard and mouse are the cheapest Dell ones you can find. Wish I at least got Alienware Branded ones. Doesnt even need to be super special. There is an odd buzzing sound from the power cable on occasion. It seems like when the amount on power going through the multi-plug bar its plugged into changes when something is turned on or off is what causes it. But not exactly sure on what causes it.

Quality value
Great purchase, great value, comes with value mouse and keyboard. This PC is quality built and runs very smooth, cool and quiet. Cant attest to its power but it runs pretty fast with premium games but mostly roblox and vrchat. Again this is a great buy and great performance.

Portuguese???
Pretty much as expected except native language Portuguese and preinstalled windows 11 also Portuguese!!!. I spent 2hours trying to convert to English without success so took to my computer guy who spent afternoon with no luck. He finally dumped windows 11 and reinstalled. That fixed it for the most part but still will have certain things pop in Portuguese. Wonder where seller sourced this unit? Maybe explains good price, most of which negated by paying computer tech .

Excellent PC
This is definitely the best PC I’ve ever owned. Dell really makes Alienware live up to it’s name. Its out of this world. Its quick, snappy and smooth with its Windows 11 home. Nice exterior design. And a superior graphics card is all I look for when it comes to performance. Its also fairly affordable, as long as it’s on sale. Still got my money’s worth though.

Just wow!
LOVE this computer! I’ve never had a liquid cooled computer before but after owning this one, I’ll never own anything but liquid cool. It is insanely quiet!!!! It boots up and is ready for work in mere seconds. Out of the box I basically just plugged in my monitors and turned it on. This is a solid computer. I’m very happy with my purchase.

I recently got this PC and I have to say—it’s an awesome, solid machine. The build quality feels premium and it runs super smooth no matter what I throw at it. Even under heavy load it stays impressively quiet, which is a huge plus. Performance is blazing fast, apps and games load instantly, and multitasking is effortless. Definitely one of the best systems I’ve owned—fastttt, reliable, and rock solid

Very happy with this pc so far. Shipped within a couple days. Looked fresh from the factory and runs great. Not usually a fan of pre-builts but for the price during Black Friday and the specs, it was hard to pass up

Pour le prix ceci est un Excellent pc de jeux, les performances sont présentes , la carte graphique 5070 en est la cause.

The PC itself is not the issue. The problem is that Intel is offering a software promotion for qualifying processors, yet Amazon is not listed as a supported vendor. Because of this, Intel is refusing to provide a redemption key for the software, despite the fact that the processor I purchased qualifies for the promotion.I find this situation misleading. The product was purchased through Amazon, sold as a Dell system, and Dell is providing the warranty. I paid over $3,000 for this PC, which includes a qualifying Intel processor. I contacted all three parties involved—Amazon, Dell, and Intel—and received conflicting responses. Amazon states that there is no such promotion. Dell and Intel both indicate that it is Amazon’s responsibility to provide the redemption key. What I do not understand is this: if Amazon is selling a Dell product, and Dell is supplying and warranting the system, then this is effectively a Dell-configured system using an Intel processor. From a customer’s perspective, the processor is part of the Dell product, not something Amazon independently modifies or supplies. The promotion is tied to the processor model, not the retailer. It feels unfair and somewhat deceptive that a qualifying product is sold without access to a promotion that should accompany it, especially when no party is willing to take responsibility. This is not a matter of financial loss to Dell or Intel, but rather honoring a promotion associated with the processor that was purchased.
