Absolute Beast of a Gaming Machine
I couldn’t be happier with this iBUYPOWER Y40 Pro. Right out of the box, this PC is an absolute monster in both performance and looks.The Ryzen 9 7900X paired with the RTX 5070 Ti (16GB) is a dream combo. Every game I’ve thrown at it runs flawlessly at ultra settings—silky smooth frame rates, zero stutter, and fantastic ray tracing performance. Whether it’s AAA titles, competitive shooters, or VR, this thing doesn’t even break a sweat.The 32GB DDR5 RGB RAM and 2TB NVMe SSD make everything lightning fast. Boot times are nearly instant, games load in seconds, and multitasking is effortless. I can game, stream, and run background apps simultaneously without any slowdown. The RGB lighting looks clean and customizable, not overdone.Visually, the Y40 case is stunning. The airflow is excellent, the internals are neatly managed, and the PC stays cool and quiet even under heavy load. Randomly reboots
Worked for 2 days then started to randomly reboot. Contacted support tried to update bios unit rebooted and had to reset bios. Tech after over 2 hours just said he was sorry and to return unit.

Came Packaged Well With No Hurdles
I was thinking now is a good time to get a new desktop before the parts get even more expensive due to the AI craze. The PC came in a secure box that was well packaged with foam to prevent components from moving during shipping. Came with easy to follow instructions and only took about 15 minutes to set everything up. It really is plug and play. No fuss really. There was a tiny issue when it came to removing the foam inside the PC itself. Took a bit to carefully move it around so it doesn’t snag the components like the graphics card or the RAM sticks.As for the performance, I have not done much aside from play some of my top games. The RTX 5070 Ti is a huge improvement over my RTX 2080 Super is astounding. Can play on very high settings at over 100 fps. It won’t run like that for all games, but for the main ones that I like. It does the job very well. CPU is a champ and can handle almost everything I throw at it. Multitasking is superb on this machine. I did notice there were some layer of dust on the cooler fan. Wiped it first before turning it on. Must have been in storage for awhile. Other than that, would recommend a desktop from this company. I did buy the Asurion insurance plan for desktops for three years, just in case. Getting extended warranty beyond the original manufacturer’s one year is always a smart choice in the event something does happen. Do not need to worry in the future in case a component fails.

The biggest fear of delivering a PC…
I wish I could give a better score because i really really like the build and it’s aesthetic… Unfortunately my PC never had its graphics card screwed into the case prior to being shipped.Yeah. So of course the retention clip snapped, and my graphics card got to spend the entire delivery rattling around the inside of the case.The case is chewed up.. and I’ve had some instability problems presumably as a result.I contacted support for iBUYPOWER hoping they would maybe just send me the hyte riser shroud part to fix the snapped pcie retention clip at least.apparently their only solution is for me to ship the PC to them… then wait 4-5 WEEKS for them to fix it and ship it back to me while i just hope and pray they remember the screws the second time.I must say it’s a massive disappointment for my first pre built PC bought from iBUYPOWER that something as critical as screwing in the graphics card could be missed.

I just bought an iBUYPOWER gaming PC during the recent Amazon Prime Deal Days sale to replace a custom-built PC that was lost. My old PC had a 4070 Super paired with a 9800X3D processor that I must have spent a good $2500 on all told. For not even $2000, I was able to get my IBP PC with a 9700X processor and a 5070 Ti, 32 GB of DDR 5 RAM, and a 2 TB SSD. I am very happy with my new PC. I elected to replace the processor with a 9800X3D like my old machine so I wouldn’t be bottlenecked. I get 120+ FPS on all but the most demanding AAA games at 1440p. It’s exactly the kind of computer I would have built myself, but I don’t think I could have sourced the parts individually for less than IBP charged for it. I’m very impressed. My only minor nitpick is the top of the case doesn’t fully seal around one of the corners (there’s a rubber part that wraps around the top), but it’s such a small issue I see no reason to dock a star for it. You will be very happy if you buy one of these PCs!

Powerful and great value!
This is a great value and a powerful machine. I use it primarily for video editiing and other creative work and it performs incredibly well. Had a minor issue in the early going but the Amazon support (much to my surprise) were able to walk me through a quick bios fix. Haven’t had an issue since and would definitely buy this again. No hesitation recommending this computer.
