I want my money back!!!
I tried to return this item and I chose the wrong return method and they said I had to cancel my return to change the location and it canceled my return and now it’s saying that I’m past the return window and cannot get my money back. I am pissed this product was $55 and does not work. It came with a mini keyboard board that won’t connect to the box. The letters are too small to read anyway and the box won’t stay connected to the Internet so I can’t even use it. This is horrible. Do not buy this box.

This is the worst box ever…. can’t download & seems like the system is an old version because it’s giving me old version vibes stewps waste of money. Can’t even use the mouse without problems as well
