Solid build, quality parts, perfect out of the box.
I have bought MANY a CyberpowerPC, and have never had any issues. I had never bought a Pre-built one, and never from anyone other than CyberpowerPC directly, but pleasantly surprised that this arrived intact, perfectly functioning, and of the same quality I usually get from Direct purchases. Well worth the price, machine does as it’s supposed to.

Poorly built from the factory and overheat buy liquid cooling system if you’re doing gaming
Please take my advice. This PC is garbage never worked the second, I hooked it up. During updates overheat and shut off terrible assembly from the factory and tech service was even worse. Good luck trying to get someone it’s all waiting 12 hours if I can give you any advice, get a liquid cooled system these air cold prebuilt PCs suck

Computer is a huge upgrade from what i had. Everything runs smooth and functions great. Seller is first class and communication was great. The computer was nicely packaged and received no damage during shipping. I bought my first pre-built Cyberpower PC 5 years ago and it is still running. This is my second one and when I need to upgrade again it will be a Cyberpower also. I would definitely buy from this seller again.

I have been using this pc for around 2 weeks and absolutely love it, great specs and is exactly what I needed. The size is big but has been working great for all games so far.
