Top Notch performance.
Excellent laptop,it has a powerful performance thanks to the AMD Processors Dell support is present,it has a Dell Optimizer and a Dell support program. Picture quality is engaging,and sound quality is well defined.Lightweight and thin.It has a fingerprint reader and a Backlit Keyboard which is essential for easy typing.All in all a great operating experience.

Stunning graphics with a great processor
I had to upgrade my 2017 laptop since windows 11 could not be installed. At 73. It will take a few weeks to learn some of the less complex software, but a little challenge is good for my brain. Love it

Easy setup. Dell optimizer does set up without problems. No issues yet. Bright desktop and easy navigation. Recommend using a mouse not the keypad. 4 to 5 hour battery life.

Most Expensive Paper Weight I’ve Ever Bought
I basically have a $600 paper weight. 1st and last Dell I will ever buy. Worse CS experience I’ve ever had in my life. 1st the computer was 3 weeks late. Amazon said it stolen, then lost in transportation then money was refunded when I didn’t request it. I ordered on Cyber Monday. Computer was still for sale but $200 more when they refunded my money. I contacted Amazon and they reordered at the Cyber Monday prices. 2nd Computer arrives and won’t set up. The QR Code won’t work.Talk to Dell CS and she was the most worthless CSR I have every had the displeasure of dealing with. She gets my computer to the home screen. No operating System with computer. She tells me I have to contact Microsoft. No apps with computer. No option of connecting to the internet. Just a blank home screen. Was suppose to come with Windows 11. I end call.I finally have time to deal with it and turn computer on. Won’t load to home screen. Have Black screen with the words Dell on it. 45 mins later. Same thing. I noticed that the fan was running. I turn over and the computer is to hot to touch. I left running and figured that it would cool down. 2 1/2 hours, just as hot, fan still running. Held my hand 2 1/2 inches from the computer before I didn’t feel any heat. Yes I measured it as I couldn’t believe how hot it was still 2 1/2 hours later with the backside up getting air. I ordered a 16″ and noticed it was smaller than my other desktop which was 16″. Measured it is only a 14″.I spend 1 1/2 hours writing up all my problems and steps I’ve taken. I shared it on a chat window Dell offers. Within 30 seconds of sending my 3 pages of notes, I have a response from what they make you believe is a real person as they have a photo and a name. I asked how she was able to read 3 pages of notes within 30 seconds and if I was talking to a real person. She replied she was not a real person. Asking me questions that I already supplied in my notes. After 10 minutes of re-answering questions, the fake person said she would connect me to a live Laptop Tech and to fill out a form (popped up window appeared) for my refund a $5 fee which was refundable. The form at the top said “Refund”. She closed the option to chat in the window immediately after sending the form. I noticed that my ‘refund’ was gonna cost me $65 monthly fee charged immediately. The membership fee was not listed. No one ever contacted me as I refused to pay any fees to talk to someone about a computer that never worked from the day I received it. They have already taken me for just under $600. I will be amazed if I ever get my money back.

Great purchase. Amazing graphics, fast start up, and quick loading when surfing the internet. Needed an affordable and strong laptop with good specs to replace my 8+ year old hp Envy after Windows 10 discontinued. I don’t regret my purchase. Thanks Dell

La Dell 16 es una laptop que hasta ahora me ha dejado una muy buena impresión. La pantalla es grande y se ve bien, con buen brillo. Es cómoda para trabajar, ver videos o usarla por varias horas.El rendimiento es fluido: abre rápido los programas y no se traba al usar varias cosas al mismo tiempo.La estoy probando actualmente y hasta el momento todo funciona bien, sin fallas ni problemas. En general, parece una laptop confiable y adecuada para el uso diario, tanto para trabajo como para estudio y algún que otro juego, aunque en este último apartado no la pruebo todavía bien.

I’ve had the new laptop just over 2 weeks now – it’s my 5th Dell laptop over the the last 23 or so years & its seems just as reliable as any of my others – fast loading – perfect streaming – fast file transfers, & it’s slimmer & lighter in weight than my past versions … easy to set up, easy to use, & I love the light up keyboard keys option button 👏

So far so good. Battery life is very good compared to my 5 year old Dell laptop. Tried to use the old power cord to charge it (it fits) but got a warning that it wasn’t high enough wattage. I kind of like Windows 10 compared to 11 but that’s what happens with new computers. I use it mostly for simple spreadsheets and news websites as well as watching videos, so can’t speak to business applications or gaming. If it lasts 5 or more years I’ll be fine. My old Dell still works fine but battery life is not great anymore, so I upgraded. Trust the brand for sure.

No complaints: it is reliable, mid-range productivity laptop so far. When at the office, it is connected to a monitor, Bluetooth KB, Mouse & speaker. It is light and portable despite larger screen.

Christmas gift, bought this for my wife. Looks amazing, very sleek, colour is subtle blue and more gunmetal grey. I got this on black friday for about eight hundred, would recommend for that price. DDR5 ram and 1TB SSD NVMe alone make this worth the purchase.
